Our 2 bedroom condo features a king bed, a loft bedroom room with a king bed, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room - accommodating up to 6 guests! This unit boasts a full size kitchen and a dishwasher, perfect for families!
The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great quick getaway!

Just an overnight shopping trip for me and my daughters to connect and relax! The place was perfect! Within walking distance of cute boutiques and awesome pubs. Love the are and the condo!

Great unit in an excellent location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved everything about our unit! Despite the overall property being aged, our unit was impeccably clean and overall felt fresh and new. The view from the balcony was lovely, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shops, the beach, and to see the mushroom houses. I would happily recommend this unit to family and friends.

Weekend get-away

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came for a weekend Getaway and our daughter and Granddaughter went sking at Nubs and Boyne Highlands. The condo was beautiful. Well appointed. The downside is the main TV was not compatible with the local cable stations. We were unable to watch the Super Bowl. We were very irritated. Management was very gracious and tried to help but could not get it to work either. We were not happy with that situation...... Also, the pool was cold and the hot tub was out of order on our 3rd night. We were looking forward to using it after sking all day and then found out it was “out of order”. This was our 3rd time at this facility and found out stay this time to be disappointed. Management and the condo were nice just the other issues that were irritating. A monetary compensation should be made.
