Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views, located on the lower level with a balcony overlooking the seasonal pool. Our bedroom features a queen bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, with a full bathroom, and an electric fireplace in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, with an electric fireplace to warm and create ambiance. . And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Perfect couples get away

Our room was ready about 4:20pm. The location is perfect! A quick (yet frigid in January) walk over the drawbridge led us to a quaint downtown area. I am gluten free and The Happy Troll provides me gluten free food options. The Vue winebar was very cozy with great subset views. The town had several shops closed for the season but it was ok because our room was so cozy! I loved the fireplace and the couch was comfortable. The only thing missing was a cozy throw to put on while you watch the waves.

Perfect weekend get away spot

We loved our stay and having a cozy room bigger than a normal hotel room. Very clean, friendly staff and no complaints. The view was beautiful even in December. Perfect location if you wanted to walk downtown Charlevoix. Loved the sauna here as well!

Great view and location

We've been to Charlevoix and wanted to enjoy some of Michigan's winter splendor. As expected the weather was wet and overcast! Our stay, however, was excellent.

Amazing Weekend Getaway

The condo location was fantastic! Sitting on the balcony, watching the boats pass by and the sunrise each morning, was absolutely amazing. It was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, adding to the comfort of our stay. Plus, it’s within walking distance to everything downtown, making the experience both relaxing and stress-free.

Charlivoix Condo

This condo was perfect! The location was excellent with beautiful views of the harbor and just below the draw bridge. The property was clean and so easy to settle into. We just loved it and hope to be back next year!

Excellent location

Modern, updated, very clean condo just steps away from downtown and the beaches. The view is incredible - we watched the boats and drawbridge right from the balcony every morning.

Reviewer Comments: Weve been coming toCharleviox for 50 years, first stayed at Young’s State Park in our Airstream trailer, next years stayed at the marina in our boat, spent many days out on the lake fishing, loved standing out by the lighthouse, and watching the freighters coming into round lake, We could almost reach out and touch them, next in our motorhome staying in the areas great rv resorts, I chose Edgewater because we could sit on the balcony and watch the boats going in and out bringing back years of memories. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm not sure where to start. This was our anniversary weekend and they helped make it special for us. I asked if they could put rose petals in the bedroom as a surprise for my wife and they delivered. Rose petals and candlelight greeted us as we entered the unit and my wife loved it. The unit was clean and the view was great. We only wish the bed was a bit more comfortable but no bed is as comfortable as your own. We were able to walk the city without having to drive anywhere. Within 20 minutes of Petoskey as well. I highly recommend to stay here.

Wonderful!

We had a great stay here! The view was the amazing and the place was so cute and cozy. We loved eating breakfast on the porch and relaxing by the fire after a long day. We will be back!

Fantastic value!

Best in Northern Mi for the price! Walkable to a plethora of restaurants and shops, drivable to ski hills, roomier than a hotel room with access to a pool, hot tub, and sauna.
