Welcome to Easy Breezy, a two-level house perfect for your next beach vacation. Located conveniently on 11th Street, close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.
This three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is on the entry-level and offers two guest bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a large laundry room.
On the second level, the open-concept living area features a sofa, loveseat, TV, and Wi-Fi. Step out onto the large deck off the living area and enjoy the outdoor space with seating for eight and a dining table to enjoy the ocean breezes. The home also includes a dining area with a sizable table and 6 chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and both a drip and a Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom is also located on this level and includes an ensuite full bathroom. There is a charming half bath with a pedestal sink
Easy Breezy is a great option for anyone who wants to enjoy their next Coastal getaway down in Port A.

The house is beautiful and clean! Lots of room for family. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. The location is the perfect proximity to the beach and town. Plenty of parking spaces for everyone in your party. Save location for children with a gated entry. Pool was clean and secluded. Will definitely be booking again!!!

This place can’t be beat in Port A! Walking distance to the beach & Dollar General for anything you might have forgotten. House is spotless with all the necessities for a smooth stay (TP, trash bags, dish/clothes washing pods). Cold a/c, cozy beds, plenty of parking cable tv to watch college football. They thought of it all - great getaway spot!

Great location! Perfect for us and had everything we needed. I loved that there was a garage to park our vehicle/golf cart. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again :)

Overall great place to stay with a group of people! We all loved it — had everything we needed. One small gripe would be that our bedroom didn’t have the best pillows but besides that it was fantastic!

Home away from home

The TH is very nice and fully equipped. The location is great and a short walk or drive to beach. There is construction out front. Thought that might be a draw back but found that it wasn’t noisy and interesting to watch before heading to the beach.

Sand Festival weekend

We came for anther year of sand fest and to just relax. We like to come early and stay late. So we show up on Thursday and leave Monday. Spend the mornings at the sand festival and then some time at the beach before it gets to hot and then we relax the rest of the day. We enjoy early morning sunrise walks on the beach and sunset walks.at Roberts Point park and dolphin watching.

Cute, clean place!

We enjoyed our stay. Reserving was easy, communication was great ahead of time, someone checked on us after we checked in to be sure everything was good, everything was clean and in great working order. I just have to mention how much I love the artwork and decor in this place!! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for our stay!

Still very good

Wi-Fi didn’t work but I don’t care about it to much. The downstairs AC unit was difficult to use maybe had diffractions. Beds a little hard for all three couples who came but with being exhausted at the beach they were good enough.

Family Vacation!!

We had a blast! Kitchen was well equipped to cook, we forgot our bath towels and were so thankful there was enough for us all, it’s right next to the beach! Comfy beds! Love the master bath. Everything was great. Just one thing was off, the grill was not cleaned before our stay but everything else was great! Thank you for everything.
