This spectacular one bedroom at Majestic Sun offers everything you want in a beach vacation! Come relax and enjoy the astonishing view from the balcony! Unit B406 has been newly painted and furnished with the beach in mind. The master has a king size bed with private bath. There is a bunk in the hallway and a pull out sleeper for extra accommodations. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to stay in and cook some delicious meals. The owner has provided two beach chairs and an umbrella for guest to use while they are visiting. Seascape offers chair rental as well!

The beach access is located across the street from the condo. Seascape resort owns 2,000 feet of private white sandy beach!! Seascape beach-chair service and bar are there to assist your beach relaxation needs. A short stroll towards Seascape’s beachside Whale’s Tails restaurant and bar will take you right by the seasonal water-sports checkout desk where Parasailing, Wave Runner Rentals, Kayaking and Paddle Boards are available as well as Resort Bike Rental. You can rent a jet ski, wave runner, catamaran boat, or jump on the floating fun-deck (all services are subject to availability).

Majestic Sun has an indoor heated (seasonally) pool, outdoor pool, and two hot tubs. There is a fitness room located in the building as well.

Seascape resort offers a 5 star tennis club, pickleball and several pools. The resort has several restaurants nearby for dining. Tennis, Pickleball, Water Sports, and Fine Dining…..The Majestic Sun at Seascape is everything you want your vacation to be and more!

This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the condo and leave the premises.

In lieu of a damage deposit, a $59.00 fee is added to every reservation for damage insurance. This policy covers the guest up to $1500. Fee will show up on payment page as an admin fee.
