Good day, please note that we are always willing to assist with additional cleaning but you did not inform us of the rug until check-out, additionally beds are subjective to comfortableness. We are not able to grant late check-out on a back to back stay as preparing the home and ensuring we have adamant time in the unit is important.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the stay did not meet your expectations, and we’d like to clarify a few key points for accuracy. The listing clearly and consistently described the property as a one‑bedroom with a king bed and a sofa sleeper, not a two‑bedroom, and it was booked as such. During your stay, we worked with Vrbo to address the concern, and Vrbo ultimately acknowledged that a software display issue on their platform contributed to the confusion and advised that they would work with you directly to make it right. Additionally, the pickleball courts are owned and maintained by the resort and are not managed by My Vacation Haven, though we do report issues when notified. While we regret your dissatisfaction, we did our best to assist promptly and professionally, and we appreciate the opportunity to provide this clarification for future guests.

Thank you for your feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed the condo and the view. I’m sorry to hear the instructions for the gate and building weren’t clear—it can definitely be frustrating after a long trip. I also appreciate you mentioning the mattress issue. Comfort is so important, and that’s something we’ll look into. Your suggestions are really helpful, and we’d love to make your next stay even better! Hope to see you again soon!

Hi Jennifer! Thank you for your kind words! We are thrilled to hear that you were satisfied with the cleanliness and overall condition of the rental property. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the elevators being out of service during your stay. We have notified the Homeowner's Association (HOA) of Sandestin to ensure that the elevators are functioning properly for future guests.
