Du måste hyra Båda sidor av duplexen för minst 16 dagar på alla SOMMER-helger.

VECKNIGHTER är minst två nätter och börjar alltid på söndag kl 16 om söndag är tillgänglig.

Alla priser som beräknas för helgen stannar och hänvisas till på VRBO webbplats är för båda sidor för 16 gäster eller mindre. Du kan naturligtvis hyra EN sida för 8 eller färre (endast på helger) till en lägre skattesats.

GOLVPLAN för HELE huset är följande:
2 sovrum har 1 queen size-säng vardera, 2 lofts har 1 queen size-säng vardera och 2 sovrum har 4 enkelsängar varje uppsättning på våningssängar. Det finns en drottningssäng / soffa i vart och ett av de två vardagsrummen och naturligtvis finns det 2 kompletta kök och 2 fina badrum. Du kan hyra endast ENSIDA för hälften av ovanstående rum / sängar / bad / storrum / etc.

Rio Raton Duplex ligger vid 6780 River Road utanför stadsgränserna för New Braunfels. Vi är direkt vid Second Crossing.

Denna del av GUADALUPE RIVER är den främsta slangen i floden. Nya Braunfels dumma ölbegränsningslagar GÄLLER INTE någonstans på detta område i Guadalupe.

Mina TVÅ DUPLEXER kallas Rio Raton Duplex och Guadalupe River Duplex. De är båda RIVERFRONT vid den viktigaste delen av Guadalupe-floden och de ligger ungefär en mil från varandra.

Det finns rör, flotte och andra hyresutrustning inom gångavstånd från duplexen. Även om de flesta av våra gäster flyter och / eller rör Guadalupe, är Schlitterbahn i närheten i New Braunfels och Fiesta Texas är en kort bilresa till San Antonio samt Natural Bridge Caverns, Wild Animal Park och den "smutsiga jobben" berömda New Braunfels Snake Bruka.

Tanger Outlet Mall ligger 25 minuter bort i San Marcos. Det finns Gruene Hall precis längs vägen i Gruene, Texas samt de månatliga Gruene Market Days och Wimberly, Texas.

Rio Raton Duplex ligger precis vid "andra korsningen" på River Road ungefär halvvägs till Canyon Lake. Sjön har många parker och båtramper för båtar och vattenskoter.

Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location. Also just across the river from a shuttle to take us up river for our float. We will stay again.

River Trip

We had a wonderful time. The Rio Rattan duplex was great. The views were beautiful and the access to the river was perfect. We were able to just float right in front of the unit. There was plenty of space inside and out . Lots of shade and the big trees around the property were stunning. Plenty of parking and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed.

This was our second stay and it was fantastic just like the last one was!

The owner is so nice and easy to communicate with and is always available. The spot on the river is one of the best! Both times we have stayed here we had a large group and never feel like we are on top of each other.

Amazing River Weekend

We had such an amazing weekend at the river! Michael’s house we perfect for our group - we had 14 people in total. There was plenty of space for people to feel comfortable and hang out. River access was easy and we just enjoyed floating in front of the house.

Bed Bug Issue

The entire duplex has a bed bug issue. We only had a major problem with one bedroom but found them in other rooms dead. The middle of the first night is when we found the issue and bugs covering one set of the wooden bunk beds. We called the next morning and the owner sent his maintaince guy to spray bed bug killer and put clean sheets on. “This wasn’t the first time they have done this”. Obvisouly we didn’t stay in that room again and the only reason we didn’t leave the entire place is because we didn’t have anywhere else to go for a group of 16 on short notice. This place needs to be shut down and treated professionally before being rented again. Pest spray bought at the local hardware store isn’t gonna get the job done. Outside area and river access was great and the only thing that salvaged the trip some what.

Memorial Weekend

We had a great stay here. The location was perfect, house was very clean and we had an awesome host. Too care of all of my questions and needs. We was also able to check in early and got a free fireworks show from the camp across the street! We’d definitely rent these duplex’s again!!

Great Little Getaway!

Perfect little spot. We literally didn’t leave the house the entire stay! Housed 14 adults very comfortably. The house was stocked with plenty of basic necessities. There was a ton of parking for multiple cars, as we parked them in tight. The owner was very communicative and gave us a great list of ‘heads up’s’ so that our family was prepared for our long weekend stay. The only complain was that the pull out couch wasn’t necessarily the most comfortable, but are they ever?! Had a great time and will definitely be renting from here next year

Great place!

The property and house were perfect. Right across the river from the house is Roy's tube rentals. Perfect to walk over and rent the tubes. We were there for a bachelorette party. The moms stayed in one duplex. The girls stayed in the other. One thing you might want to bring are pans. No pans were in either cabin. Beautiful deck to sit and watch the tubers if you don't want to go down the river. Great memories were made!

Excellent location

The Duplex was as advertised, pictures were accurate. It was clean and ready when we showed up a few hours after check in time. We were a little disappointed with some things missing in the kitchen you need or want to make a meal as we cook almost all our meals in the house when we are at the river. One of the A/C units was not working very well, but I did not report it. I'm sure if I had they would have come to fix it, the management was very responsive. The layout in each duplex was not very conducive to some sleeping in and some getting up early. We were a family group, but all adults. A family with children might find it more appropriate. There were plenty of towels for using in the duplex. There was an outdoor shower which was nice, I had not seen that in the ad.

Great place for fun on the Guadalupe!

Perfect setting for our mini-reunion of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The house is just as described and Michael is super easy to deal with.

Lisa and Michael with long-time Guadalupe River floaters and friends Karen and Brad built the Rio Raton Duplex for the 2004 Summer season.

We have enjoyed floating the Guadalupe and San Marcos Rivers since high school and then college in San Marcos. Now we are passing on that tradition to our kids.
