Happy waves is located centrally 7 minutes to Schlitterbahn and NB downtown, 10 minutes to San Marcos premium outlet, 20 min to San Antonio, 30 minutes to Austin. Lots of activities around, including hiking trails, restaurants, shopping, and much more.

Two fenced driveway parking, plenty of street parking

While our property offers a charming immersion experience in the natural beauty of Texas hill country, it is important to remember that you are in the heart of nature. We ask guests to remain vigilant and consider these factors. Our property also features a beautiful river view, which by default, is not fenced. We also have lots of boats and jet ski on the river. So, we request families with young children or non-swimmer please have your children supervised at all times. We provide life vests which is inclusive of the stay. We encourage all guests to utilize these features responsibly keeping safety in mind.
***Onsite parties and group events are strictly prohibited *** this is will be considered violation and fine up to 6000 dollars and immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
