Very clean home with great views. The host was very responsive and a full panoramic view of the ocean. It accommodated all our families very well with enough space for everyone to move and free range. Was great being able to bring our pups. A lot of beach accessories provided at the home. I attempted to go surfing with the board they have which was a great experience. Many boogie boards and enough chairs to fit 10 people on the beach. Don’t have to do leg day ever cu the stairs down to beach are great right to volleyball court and seating/play area for kids. excellent home.

Ocean views with a sand play space

Since Oceanside has been losing sand for the past few years it was great to have a "backyard" of sand for kids to enjoy. The bedrooms are very large and three have ocean views. The house has lots of sitting areas to watch the dolphins swim by and a large sofa and table for family gatherings.

Villa Jules

The location of this property was great, a short walk to town and located close to many of the areas we wanted to visit. Most of the bathrooms need to be updated, the master especially. The shower is barely large enough to turn around in and the glass door had mold around the door frame and was not really clean. The window sills around most of the house are old, with peeling paint and also are not clean. Walking around barefoot in the house you could feel that the floors needed cleaning. The house does not have AC which forced us to keep the windows open at all times, this was ok during the day but if you don’t like the sound of crashing waves all night, your not going to sleep well. The outside area was very nice with a volley ball court and a fire pit, but one of the benches at the pit was broken and should have been removed before our arrival. There really wasn’t any comfortable areas outside. The house was big and we were comfortable but we would not rent it again unless they made some major changes.

We were happy to hear the guest felt comfortable in the home, the location was great, and the outside area was very nice! Regarding the bathrooms and no AC in the home, everything is as advertised in the listing description and in the photos. This home is not advertised as having AC and the photos of the home accurately reflect the home.

Great location right on the beach. Description of the house was accurate. We had one problem with the dishwasher and the rental company had a repair man there in about 15 minutes who fixed it immediately. The place is a little dated so be ready for that. I went down with a few of my old friends and the consensus was it was a great choice.
