Everything was quite functional (great water pressure, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and plenty of televisions) and the property was nicely appointed and very clean. Hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. The location was perfect - mid island. All good for our stay.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful space

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Traveled with our two children -- one in college and the other a junior in high school -- and our dog. The villa was beautiful, well-appointed, and very clean and comfortable. A dog waste station was near and backyard making the entire experience very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Great, renovated condo.

Our family was very happy with the condo. We have stayed at lots of places in Palmetto Dunes. The condo was recently updated. Queen's grant is good location but need to update the pool areas.

Fantastic Trip!

We had a fabulous time in HHI at this villa in Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes. The villa was clean, beautifully updated/decorated and our experience with Island Time Rentals was great. Communication was fantastic with the property managers. We loved that this villa was an end unit and close to the pool. We brought our dogs & it was a great location for pets with a grassy area out back and close to walking paths. It was a 10/10 experience and we will definitely be back!

Better than Expected

Did not know much about HH before we arrived. The home was very clean and looked like it was just renovated. Stayed in a few VRBO's over the years and this was very nice. Location was great as you could sneak out the back and jump right on the walking/bike paths. Parking was a bit full, but we were there during Spring Break, so it was expected. House was less than a mile from a little bit of shopping and Grocery store.

Super fast responsive management company, beautiful home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a few issues when we first got to the house. There were some doors missing locks on the bathrooms, and the master bedroom would not shut all the way. The next day we realized the shades in the master bedroom are see-through from the outside. Island Time quickly resolved all the issues, came and hung curtains that gave us privacy, etc.. Loved our stay!

8/10 Bra

672 Queens Grant

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good experience with this recent rental with the exception of one situation. Upon our arrival on a Saturday, we were met with the rental company maintanence staff. We were told the refrigerator was not working properly and the applicance company would be out on Monday. We had items that needed to be kept cold so reached out to the rental company for assistance (they did not offer) and we're given a compact refrig. Monday came, and we were told parts needed to be ordered which didn't arrive until Friday. Again, we had to reach out to rental company and say the small refrig was not adequate for our needs. A larger old refrig was dropped off. Repair to the unit's refrig was completed the following Monday. We were told that it would 36 hrs. to cool to proper temp (which it did take that long)! Contacted the rental co. to remove the two loaner refrigerators on Wednesday. Never happened. Thursday morning (when out for breakfast and our dog was in unit alone, but in a crate) they removed the two refrigators. We had communicated to them several times that we didn't want anyone to come in the unit when the dog was there alone. Poor communication on their part. That being said, to have had to deal with this issue for 12 days out of a 14 day stay was inconvenient and took away from enjoying our stay. We have been visiting Hilton Head for over 40 years, fortunately this has never happened before!
