We are certainly disappointed to receive such poor review due to an issue beyond our control. With all condos in our area, the common areas, such as the parking lot, are controlled by the HOA (who contract with a security company), not the unit owner or unit manager. Each unit is allowed up to two spaces and a valid parking pass must be displayed in the dash. Summer is a busy time in our area with this complex and our area with occupancy being 100%. If the guard on duty sees vehicles without a pass, it is their responsibility to first issue a warning and then if the vehicle is not moved in a timely manner, have the vehicle towed. While there is nothing that we can do about the parking situation at the complex, we do offer parking at our office, which is 0.25 mi from the complex. We are sorry if finding a parking space was difficult. Unfortunately, parking everywhere (condos, restaurants, etc) is tough during the summer and we certainly understand your concern. Regarding the sofa-sleeper, you arrived on 7/22. We received a message about it not unfolding properly at 10:28 PM on 7/23. We only check/respond to messages during business hours so didn’t see it until the next day (7/24), at which time we responded and sent maintenance to resolve the issue. Any reported issue was addressed in a timely manner.
