Welcome to Jellyfish Twist in peaceful Fort Morgan, Alabama. This well-appointed beach house offers the perfect setting for families, girls' trips, or simply getting away from it all. Located just 17 miles from town, you'll enjoy the tranquility of Fort Morgan while staying close to Gulf Shores attractions.

The home features three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. A convenient cargo lift helps transport luggage and supplies to the main level, and your personal keypad entry ensures easy access.

The main level features an open living area with new seating, electric fireplace, and streaming-capable TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home cooking, plus a beverage cooler and dining table for eight. The master bedroom offers a king bed with ensuite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom.

The upstairs queen bedroom includes a private balcony with beach views, Adirondack glider, and coffee station with brewer and mini fridge. The third bedroom features a daybed with trundle, perfect for flexible sleeping arrangements. All bedrooms include quality linens and streaming TVs.

Enjoy multiple outdoor spaces including a front porch with swing and Adirondack chairs perfect for watching pelicans and sunsets. The back deck off the master bedroom offers sunset views over Mobile Bay. Additional amenities include a charcoal grill under a lighted pergola, picnic table, fish cleaning station, and beach cart for your convenience.

Fort Morgan offers a quieter alternative to busy Gulf Shores while keeping attractions within reach. Historic Fort Morgan and the Dauphin Island ferry are nearby, providing access to the Alabama Aquarium and Civil War sites. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy kayaking Little Lagoon, hiking trails at Gulf State Park, and excellent fishing opportunities both offshore and from shore.

Popular Gulf Shores attractions including Waterville, The Track, and OWA are easily accessible, while Pensacola's Naval Museum and Blue Angels practices are a short drive east.

We maintain our property to high standards and provide thoughtful amenities including eco-friendly laundry supplies, quality bath products, and wildlife-friendly lighting to protect nesting sea turtles (May-October). As your hosts, we're available to provide recommendations and assistance throughout your stay.

Cozy cute beach house

We enjoyed our stay. Loved mornings on the front deck listening to the ocean. Living room was cozy & a great place to relax. We appreciated the beach cart so we could haul our cooler & gear to the beach. Added bonus was the elevator/lift to move our luggage in & out.

Lovely property with all amenities. Everything as described. Swing on porch was best! Upstairs bedroom perfect for teen to stow away, as they typically do. Would rent again. Owner very responsive and home was fantastic. Elevator was life saver!

Jellyfish Twist - Best I've stayed in in over 30 years of visiting Gulf Shores area

My extended family and I have been vacationing in L.A. (Lower Alabama) for nearly 35 years. We've stayed in some great places and some terrible ones. Jellyfish Twist is hands down the best we have stayed at overall. Ample parking, composite decking and furniture outside, free coffee, hotel-style body wash, conditioner, and shampoo, comfortable furniture, amazing host, you name, this place had it. Interior stairs were carpeted and quiet! No creaks, no worry of waking up anyone in the master suite. It was great for a group of early risers upstairs and late sleepers downstairs. Laurel was amazing to work with and even brought a new microwave, as a previous guest had broken the opening mechanism on the old one. One of the best parts? No one complained about the beds! And I had to sleep on the kiddie trundle bed. The location is quite far from the main drag in Gulf Shores, but with a little planning, it works well. Love not having to fight with people for beach spots. Perhaps the only two cons were that it sits about 800 feet from the two easy beach accesses, so you hook it, or drive a short distance. Worth it. The other might be that there is no unimpeded view of the beach, mostly because of the utilities. We also had to deal with construction next door (and the chigging of a generator to power their tools), but that's nothing new for the area.All in all we were very pleased with Jellyfiish Twist and will have it on our short list of places to stay at from now on.

As a pet owner myself, I understood the challenge of finding quality accommodations that welcome furry family members. When I purchased my first property on West Beach, I was determined to create the kind of clean, comfortable space I wished I could have found during my own travels - one that truly welcomes pets.
Three decades later, my husband and I fulfilled another dream by acquiring Jellyfish Twist in peaceful Fort Morgan. We're drawn to the natural beauty and tranquil setting, away from the crowds but still close to everything the coast offers. Whether you're planning a girls' getaway, a working retreat, or a fishing adventure, we'd love to share our corner of the Alabama coast with you.
