In a distinctive move to preserve its aesthetic, the penthouse's living room is outfitted with screen doors instead of windows, ensuring protection while keeping with the design theme. Fans are thoughtfully placed throughout to offer a cool and comfortable environment, enhancing the welcoming and lively feel of the space, especially in the shared living room/kitchen area.

For your added convenience, each bedroom is equipped with a window air conditioning unit, ensuring a comfortable retreat. However, please note that there is no AC in the living room or kitchen; instead, ceiling fans and portable fans are provided to maintain comfort in these open-concept areas.

Our charming vacation rental is ideally located just a 7-minute walk away from the ferry dock, giving you easy access to all the best attractions and activities on the island.

To make the most of your beach experience, we provide beach towels for all our guests, and our snorkel gear is available for you to explore the crystal-clear waters surrounding the island.

Insects are present on the island and the additional rain this year has created more presence of gnats and other pests. With your help in keeping the doors shut, we try our best to minimize their presence inside the unit by using pest control services. You may also experience the impact of the Saharan dust in the units from time to time.


We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. To maintain a high standard of service for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules. Please note that the fees listed below only apply to violations and are separate from any pre-arranged agreements for early check-in or late check-out:
Damaged Towels: $200
Unauthorized Early Check-in (Before 3 PM): $200 per hour
Unauthorized Late Check-out (After 11 AM): $200 per hour
Smoking (including cigarettes or vaping): $1,000
Undisclosed Guests: $250 per guest per night
Please be aware that if you have already arranged and paid for early check-in or late check-out, you are not subject to the above fees. These charges only apply if check-in or check-out times are not pre-arranged.

The water provided is rainwater and has been filtered, but it is not advised to drink it. Fortunately, there is a convenience store only 2 minutes away where you can easily purchase mineral water.


Important Check-in Information

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, all guests are required to select one of the following options before check-in:
Option 1: $500 Refundable Security Deposit – A card imprint only (no funds taken upfront), securely processed in EUR by our trusted third party, Swikly.
Option 2: $129 Damage Waiver – A non-refundable option covering up to $500 in accidental damages, with no security deposit required.
These options will be available after booking through our online check-in form. This must be completed prior to check-in to receive your access details.
