Welcome to Detroit! Enjoy a stylish experience at this cozy and centrally located house! Ideal for bachelorette groups or families. Extremely comfortable beds (1 king, 1 Queen, and 4 double bunk beds). Close to Woodward, this house is a short Uber ride to downtown and Midtown. We can't wait to host you at our cute house in the North End!
This home is a 2 level single family home with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. There is an inviting dining room and living room for guests to enjoy a meal and relax during their stay. 1 bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of double bunk beds.
Keypad/keyless entry with alarm system.
As hosts, we are available as little or as much as you would like. Our site manager is always available for guest requests and for ease of check in to make sure all our guests have a great experience.
The North End is a historic Detroit neighborhood that has benefitted greatly from Detroit's recent revitalization efforts. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood situated close to mid-town and downtown (this property is located about 2 blocks from Woodward which is the main artery to mid-town and downtown).
Uber and Lyft are readily available.
The maximum capacity for this house is 12 people. No additional guests and no guests who are not listed on the booking.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional fee and are strictly at the host's discretion.
Our concierge will check you into the property to ensure a smooth process. You must contact our concierge at the number provided prior to arrival at the property.
Any filming or commercial photography bookings subject to approval and agreement of host.
Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $200 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks. Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $200).
If items in the house are damaged or broken, you will absolutely be required to pay for it.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, EVENTS, GATHERINGS OR SMOKING OF ANY KIND. THE HOME IS MONITORED BY EXTERNAL SECURITY CAMERAS AND THERE ARE ANTI-SMOKING SENSORS WITHIN THE HOME.
IF YOU HAVE AN UNAUTHORIZED GATHERING OR IF YOU ARE FOUND SMOKING, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT A REFUND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

This property is located in a neighborhood known as the "North End". It is a historic Detroit neighborhood that has benefitted greatly from Detroit's recent revitalization efforts. We have several properties within a few blocks of each other and continue to see improvements in the area every year. The residents in the area are a mix of home owners and renters, most of whom take pride in the neighborhood and their homes. They welcome our guests and are grateful for the added tourism being brought to the area. Location-wise, the North End is a relatively quiet residential neighborhood situated close to mid-town and downtown (this property is located about 2 blocks from Woodward which is the main artery to mid-town and downtown).
