We have orange netting barricade around the pool for insurance purposes, and the pool doesn't have the pool cage. ☀ A kayak trailer is available and free to use under the vehicle owner’s responsibility and insurance coverage. Towing vehicle must have a 2” hitch receiver. Truck beds or kayak racks can also be used for transporting, but are not provided.

☀ Thermostat needs to stay between 66-80
☀ No smoking inside the house, patio, or pool area.
☀ Quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM.
☀ Please switch off electronics when not in use.
☀ For safety concerns, glassware is not permitted around the pool area.
☀ No parking on the grass or on the street.
☀ No need to do anything once you check-out.
☀ A fee of $100 will be incurred for late check-outs beyond 11 am without prior authorization
