This is a cute little Craftsman Bungalow in a transitioning / mixed neighborhood called Harbordale in St. Pete. The large yard and patio are very relaxing with sun sails for shade and you will see birds flying overhead as we are only a 5 minute drive or bike ride to Tampa Bay. The yard is fenced in for security and has a 14 foot roll gate if you have a car. The bedrooms have queen beds and are furnished for the casual traveler. There is a gas station, pantry and bus stop around the block.
The space
This one story bungalow is the perfect size for 1 or 2 people. It has a large backyard and patio. The neighborhood is transitioning and you should investigate it before booking the home. It is diverse and the immediate neighbors are friendly. There is quite a bit of walking traffic and there is a YWCA and a Salvation Army near the home. The neighborhood is called HarborDale. There is a 30 day minimum stay per St. Petersburg rules for short stays.
Guest access
Yard and home are available to you
Other things to note
Do not leave your car unlocked. If you park in the alley, make sure all windows are closed and the car is locked. I have a 14 foot roll gate to enter the back yard, keep the gate locked when you are not using it. Be kind to the neighbors, they are very nice back. Wave and say hi, it goes a long way!
