Detta ljusa och rymliga, moderna fritidshus har ett nyligen ombyggt kök, badrum och vardagsrum, allt upp till 3 110 kvadratmeter som är perfekt för din stora golfgrupp eller familjesamling på Black Butte Ranch.

Detta hem ger både ett vardagsrum för vuxna och en familj utrymme för barnens filmer och spel. Den rymliga kök, matsal med massor av sittplatser, och expansiva däck med en gas grill, lägga till överklagandet för stora grupper. Sex rymliga sovrum ger alla komfort och separation för din semester. Håll din fritid utrustning och cyklar under försättsblad i dubbelgarage.

Sängarna består av en king size-svit på huvudplan med badkar, drottning och tvillingar på huvudplan med bad på korridoren. Drottning, drottning och bunks på den nedre nivån som delar ett badrum i korridoren. Luftkonditionering och bredband trådlöst internet, plus tre tv-apparater och dvd-spelare, ger dig bekvämligheten i ett hem.

Awesome Family Time

Home was well stocked and had plenty of bedrooms. The main floor kitchen, dining and living rooms were warm and inviting. Kitchen was wonderful to work in. Loved our stay!

Lovely home

This lovely home was just as described and worked perfectly for our family (two couples plus three kids). The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are comfortable, and our kids especially appreciated the selection of games. Highly recommend!

Winter Weekend Getaway

We loved our stay at your beautiful house in Black Butte! The house was clean, well stocked and had plenty of bedrooms for all our guests. We noticed the large collection of bikes and patio furniture, and we would love to come back and stay in the summer. Thank you!!

Great house!

We were expecting a 90s fixer but were pleasantly surprised this house has recently been remodeled into a lovely modern home. The bathrooms were spa like quality as was the kitchen and main living room. Well appointed kitchen, towels and bedding. Accommodated our party of 12 nicely. Would definitely stay in this home again!

perfect family getaway

this home was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our large family getaway (11 adults). the main level was so modern and gorgeous, with a well-appointed kitchen that had everything we could have wanted (and more!). the downstairs had several rooms and even a second deck. the location was great - right on one of the main walking/biking trails, and not far from either of the big activity centers. we had a couple of small hiccups (a beeping smoke detector and a hot water problem), but the management company was very responsive. we would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time at this home so much last summer, we had to go back this year! It truly is The Perfect Home for us as our matriarch needs to be able to remain on the main level. Love the location, multiple decks, and sleeping areas. Kitchen gets a little log jammed at the breakfast bar, but the additional refrigeration/freezer in the garage is outstanding. Already booked it for next summer!

We will be back!

We have been coming to black butte for over 20 years, always searching for the perfect house. This 5 bedroom dog friendly place was perfect to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. Best equipped kitchen of any rental ever. Our friends and more family all got places here too and we had a wonderful picnic at the sports complex. Only suggestion is it’s time to do a deep carpet clean or replacement downstairs, lots of stains. And there is a bad scratch on a kitchen cabinet, but otherwise everything was clean tidy and presentable. It was a wonderful stay, many thanks…

A super house for family gatherings

The home is lovely, just as presented on the website. Six bedrooms and an extra bonus room allowed our family of 11 to really spread out. We always prefer a golf course location in case there is a white Christmas so the kids can run out the back door for sledding and snowball fights. But this winter was drippy and not conducive for snow play, so we made use of the pool and played games around the big dining table, warmed by the cozy glow of the fireplace. Management left us with plenty of dry firewood (one was even laid for us upon arrival) so we enjoyed fires everyday. Black Butte Realty was exceptional. They responded within 5 minutes to every question. They obviously care about the comfort of their guests. The only negatives were a shortage of TP (!) and the ice maker did not work. Overall, we all loved our stay here in this beautiful, spotless home and would recommend it highly.

Spring break vacation at Black Butte

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful spacious home. The adults could have their space and the young people theirs if needed. We had quite a bit of snow and someone came over first thing in the morning to clear out the driveway. Kids liked going to the pool and hot tub and going in to nearby Sisters. Staff came over quickly when we called about having a little difficulty with the thermostat and fixed it right away. Hoping to return in the summer and do more outdoor activities.

Great for two families

There was plenty of room to spread out or join together and more than enough beds to go around. Beds were all very comfortable, kitchen was wonderfully stocked and location was great. House was clean and well maintained. Both decks are tired, but I'm sure that's the next update on the owner's list. Maybe find a way to duct the dryer vent out the house, that was weird having to open garage to ventilate.

Great, updated property! Two refrigerators is so helpful for a large group and the kitchen was very well equipped. And the house had AC which was so nice since the weather was over 100 degrees all week. Loved our stay.

Updated-Great family size house

Enjoyed our pre-Christmas getaway in This Black Butte Ranch Home. Great amenities in this family home. Kitchen FULLY stocked, loved all that the home offered. Fireplace was wonderful given the cold winter weather outside. Location was pretty central to both the lakeside pool and glaze meadow. Easy walk to either locations. Owners have made nice updates to bathrooms and kitchen, making the home very comfortable. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home, definitely would return.

Best Black Butte house yet

This house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week with extended family. Everything is new, fresh, and dialed in. The newness of the appliances and fixtures gave us confidence that everything was going to work well, and it made for a more relaxing experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a really great house, kitchen very well outfitted, nice appliances and remodeling kitchen and bathrooms. Only downside was that rooms were very light in the morning - could use some darker shades. Location is on a major street but house was pretty quiet, and walking distance to one of the pools which our kids loved. We enjoyed the deck and it also worked well for remote work. All in all, lovely place and would stay here again!

Six nice sized bedrooms

This home accommodated our family of 12 well. Kitchen was functional, altho missing a flat pan for pancakes/cheese sandwiches. Bedrooms were comfortable and the media room was great for the teenage boys. We could hardly tell they were in the house. House was stocked well with towels and blankets, ect. Teenage kids had a blast in the snow. Adults were comfortable watching them!!!
