Denna premiär 5 sovrum plus den, 4 badrum 4000 kvm ft hem på den 15: e farleden på Big Meadow Golf Course är en perfekt tillflyktsort som erbjuder en planlösning som ger avskildhet för flera familjer.

Huvudvåning:
Stort, men ändå varmt och mysigt, det stora rummet har en tvåsidig öppen spis, två matplatser, skinnsoffor, plattskärms-TV med DVD och ett rymligt, modernt kök med en stor centrumö, kakelgolv, körsbärsskåp och bänkskivor i granit. Bokträ i trägolv med mattor i området finns i hela. Stora fönster och takfönster ger ett överflöd av naturligt ljus. Ett stort däck med badtunna omger huset med mycket utrymme för utomhusmatlagning på gasgrillen eller slappa medan du njuter av utsikten över farleden.

På bottenvåningen finns också en häll med 180 graders utsikt över golfbanan och enkel tillgång till badtunnan. Den har en öppen spis, en matplats, en våt bar och en platt-TV med DVD. Detta är en plats att "komma bort" från allt.

Precis utanför det stora rummet ligger ett väl beläget bonusrum. Den har två enkelsängar och en dubbel futon, tillsammans med en platt-TV och DVD-spelare. Ett separat badrum med bastu ligger i närheten av det stora rummet och detta sovrum. På baksidan, är ett angränsande privat sovrum med en queen size-säng, badrum och tillgång till utsidan däck. Tvättstuga ligger också på bottenvåningen.

Övervåning:
På övervåningen finns 3 mycket stora sovrum med bekväma king size-sängar, varav ett har en bekväm drottningssäng också. Den största av dessa är sovrummet som har ett däck med utsikt över den 15: e farleden och grön, en garderob och sitt eget vackra bad med granitbänk, en jacuzzi-badkar, separat dusch och körsbärsskåp. Alla tre sovrummen har platt-TV och DVD-spelare.

Delightful house with numerous spaces to welcome a large group. The kitchen is exceedingly well equipped with a wide array of pots/pans/dishes/spices, we also enjoyed having two dishwashers! The house is very comfortable from great beds, multiple bathrooms, inviting deck with the endless entertainment of watching golfers searching for their errant golf balls. It is readily apparent that the owners take great pride in the house and much love has gone into making it a welcoming space. We would most definitely return.

Birthday Bash

We were on BBR for my Great Aunts 100th Birthday celebration. She has lived on the Ranch since the early 90’s and truly loves it. The house was amazing and has plenty of room. There was a golf tournament going on and being that the house is on the 15th fairway we were able to watch as the many golfers played through. Would stay again without hesitation.

After Christmas family time

We were very happy with the accommodations. The bedrooms were big and nicely furnished. There was plenty of room for kids to play in a separate family room. The kitchen was furnished with very nice appliances. We loved having two dishwashers and a double oven!

Family getaway

Fantastic home!! Well stocked kitchen! Clean house AND windows, which I really appreciate since every window is a beautiful view of BBR! The home is cozy and comfortable and accommodates a large group, two dishwashers even!!! Loved it, can’t wait to return!

Lovely spacious home in a very good location.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed this home on the golf course with beautiful views. We stayed cool despite the very warm weather and liked being close enough to walk to the Paulina pool. There was great outdoor dining on the deck, as well.

Great property in Black Butte Ranch

Enjoyed the location of the property within Black Butte Ranch - close to lodge facilities and nice views to the Big Meadow golf course. This property is the best stocked property we have ever rented at BBR - lots of kitchen pots, bowls, plates, silverware, spices, and paper products. Appreciated the 2 refrigerators (one in the garage) and the 2 dishwashers. We had 9 family members staying so we used all the bedrooms. Bunk room is small but worked for us. The two upstairs bedrooms (not the primary suite) need to have shades installed in the skylight areas over the beds (we had a 3 year old waking up at the crack of dawn and could not nap in these areas because of the light and heat generated by the skylights).

Big Meadow Lodge

Wonderful house with a great view. Bedrooms were nicely sized and 5 full bedrooms. Bonus room was just that, a nice room away from others. Kitchen spacious and having two dining areas came in handy. Always enjoy a hot tub.

Perfect Golf Tournament Home

This was a wonderful home to accommodate a large family or groups. All the photos were very accurate in what to expect! The large home was just perfect to sit and relax on both decks, whether watching golfers at the 15th or enjoying the hot tub. It was very well-stocked with extras like zip lock bags, foil, etc. The main bedroom upstairs had a lovely deck and view and lots of space with a separate tub/ shower. The two other upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom but are very large for families with kids. The towels were of high quality and there were plenty of hot tub towels (although they could be stored on the main level closer to the hot tub.) We searched until we found them on the second floor. We would love to return as a family. Communication was also very efficient. Thank you for a wonderful home. The living space was so beautiful and open to the kitchen which allowed for a great entertainment space while prepping and cooking. Thank you for sharing such a comfy home.

Boys Poker Trip

This was our annual poker trip, and all seven of us enjoyed the property. The entire house was very clean, has great artwork throughout (nice touch), and a very well stocked kitchen. All the beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillow choices, and nobody complained of poor sleep (a first for the group)! The outdoor space was very relaxing and had many areas to enjoy the property from, plus a top notch hot tub. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with...we will be back!

Great Stay in Black Butte

Great house right on the golf course. Our boys had a great time playing whiffle ball and soccer on the course in the evening. Kitchen was great and nice overall feel to the main level. Only thing that was weird is the the kids room on the first floor does not have a window that opens and the door to the outside is blocked by the bunkbeds. This is a fire hazard plus hard to get some fresh air into that room. Also I would take out the TV in that room and put in a dresser since the closet is locked. Owner was great a communicating. Overall good stay.

Incredible property for multi family vacation at Black Butte Ranch. Great kitchen and living room space plus the ability to be alone and quiet with the den and the layout of the bedrooms. Absolutely loved this place!!
