Situated right at the base of River Run Village, were only steps to the Gondola as well as all the restaurants and shopping that River Run Village has to offer. Additionally, there is easy access to summit stage bus allowing you access to Breckenridge, ABasin and Copper ski resorts without a car! Enjoy the breathtaking views of snake river basin and Tenmile range right from your own private deck.
The Space:
Inside:
Our 2/2 w/ serene views, will be everything you need for a mountain getaway. The interior holds a very comfortable rustic western vibe that caps off with a fireplace to help bring in the mountain feel. Our first bedroom is equipped with a King and the 2nd bedroom a Queen, making sleeping arrangements quite comfortable. Our kitchenette will give you everything you need for cooking basics. Additionally, we have ample ski rack and storage in the hallway to manage all your gear.
Outside:
Step outside onto our patio and you'll immediately be swept away into the magic of Colorado. The views are absolutely serene. Expect to see wildlife daily, ranging from beavers, muskrats and various waterfowl, with visits from Bears and Moose not uncommon. Walk to the Gondolas at River Run, Ski & Snow Boarding Rentals, as well as the restaurants in River Run Village. There is a kids playground and iceskating rink (during winter months) that is also just a few hundred yards away.
The washer and dryer is located within the building. Its just 1 floor down and in the main lobby area. You will also find a very small gym in the main lobby area. It's not much but will do the trick for those who need to keep their workout routine. 1 parking space is available for your stay. Please do not bring 2 cars as parking is scarce in Keystone.
***Please note! The kitchen is galley style and is a kitchenette. It has European (smaller) appliances and is not built for assembling large meals. There is not a ton of counter space but find it to be very functional for everyday use. This is our number one feedback item that unfortunately we cannot change due to limited space.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is in River Bank Lodge, which is located in the heart of Keystone, in front of River Run Village. The village, situated at the base of Keystone's ski slopes, is home to tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and activities, and plays host to a year-round schedule of festivals and outdoor concerts. We're also very close to several other ski areas: 8 minute drive to Arapahoe Basin, 30 minutes to Breckenridge and Copper Mountain, 45 minutes to Vail or accessible by bus!
Getting Around:
Once you arrive, you will find shopping, dining, grocery stores, coffee shops, skiing and more, all within walking distance in the village. There's also an Outlet Mall, many other restaurants, and surrounding shops in the Silverthorne/Dillon area, just a short 15 minute drive west from the village. Need transportation from the Airport or between ski resorts? Visit Epic Mountain Express or Summit Express for information on shuttles and other transportation services.
Other Things to Note:
The unit has only one designated parking space. Please only bring 1 car. Parking is scarce in Keystone. The washer and dryer are not in unit. They are located on the first floor of the building. The gym is very small. It has a few pieces of equipment.
THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Pets are not allowed.
PARKING:
Your reservation includes one parking spot. We can only accommodate 1 vehicle.
HEAT
We have baseboard heating and a fireplace. Although, with all of the natural sunshine our unit gets, you will find the unit quite comfortable with just the fireplace.
CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. We do have baby gates and outlet protectors. Guests may remove these before you arrive. We leave additional outlet covers in kitchen drawers.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible."
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund. Last minute bookings are typically non-refundable.
