The kitchen boasts gleaming white marble countertops, stainless steel appliances (including a Keurig K-Duo Essentials Coffee Maker), a breakfast bar, and a stylish dining table. The comfortable L-shaped sofa and large flat-screen TV, and screened-in lanai which offers stunning views of the Anna Maria Sound make for the perfect space to relax and unwind.

All three bedrooms have high-end furnishings, fresh linens, and plenty of dresser space for essentials. The main bedroom is especially peaceful, thanks to its large windows that offer gorgeous tropical water views and it's ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combo, while the third bedroom has two chic twin beds and is perfect for younger guests. The third bathroom has a combination shower and tub.

The condo association requires a completed registration application form and copies of photo identification for all guests 18 and older. Additionally, a minimum stay of
4 nights and a reservation notice of at least 7 days in advance are required.

This property does not allow pets.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by Anna Maria Vacations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
