Beautiful, high-quality decor, a convenient location, and nice amenities are found in this desirable end condo! In the summer, step outside to use the gas grill and picnic table on a small lawn. The living room offers lots of windows and plenty of comfortable, new seating, perfect for lounging around a glowing fireplace, watching the smart TV, or trying one of the classic family board games. The kitchen has undergone one of the nicest remodels at Pine Ridge with granite counters, handsome tile work, custom lighting, and stainless steel appliances. A convenient breakfast bar is adjacent to the dining area with a stylish dining set and a bright antler chandelier. Both warmly decorated bedrooms have TVs with DVDs and black-out shades for additional privacy.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower second (2nd) floor - 16 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Summer get-away

My husband and I spent two nights in the condo to bike around Breck and Leadville. It has a great location; walking distance to main street and the Gondola. The colors are a bit dated in the condo, but it was clean and comfortable for our stay!

The house was dirty when we arrived. Dirty towels in the washer, dried food under the couch. Master bath shower hot water was not working. What a mess.

Overall, a nice unit. Very clean, decorated in mountain style, and a good selection of games and books. But there were several maintenance and housekeeping issues we encountered during our stay. We alerted management to them and hopefully they were resolved.

First time in Breckenridge, and what a great experience

This condo was perfect for our first time in Breckenridge. We are a family of four and the condo provided plenty of room for us to relax after a great day on the slopes. It provided all the amenities we needed, specifically a full kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of couches to stretch out on, space to put on our ski clothes, lockers downstairs for our gear, two full baths, and parking right outside. The free bus picks up and drops off right outside on the 4 O'Clock Road and is a relatively short wait, and a short ride to the Snowflake and Beaver Run chairlifts. But the best part of the condo is the very walkable location to Main Street in Breckenridge for all the restaurants and shopping. Unless you are truly demanding ski in/ski out, then this condo will not disappoint. Note that my wife has always expected true ski in/ski out accommodations, and we have always stayed right on the mountain at most resorts, but she was very happy here.A few things to note:4 O'Clock Run provides near ski in access to the condo (in Building 10), but you need to walk across the 4 O'Clock Road (take skis off). You can walk to the Snowflake chairlift, but it is uphill on the 4 O'Clock Road, and in this altitude we didn't think it was worth it (just take the bus to Beaver Run Superchair, it is really convenient).You need to walk outside to the hot tub. No indoor access.The kitchen faucet is a bit old and busted up, but working. Can use replacement though.

Good Location - lots of little issues

Overall was a comfortable property, but we called the office about several issues and got no response. Cons Refrigerator- water/ice leak making one shelf in frig unusable - also refrigerator froze all our salad vegetables Stove light issue - hot surface light on 24/7 No tissues provided Hot tub noise - kitchen/living area window is directly above hot tub. Noise was disturbing every evening Icy parking area and unloading area Desk doesn’t answer phone or return calls Door doesn’t latch on Master bedroom unless you slam it. Light out on Master Vanity. No recycling - we separated everything and found out the HOA is not recycling. Place could use updating Pros Yellow and Brown route bus stops right outside - 2-5 minutes from lifts can ski back via 4 O’Clock short walk to unit Plenty of towels Complicated instructions but good TV service - best of any place I’ve stayed in 20 years. Easy walk into town- shopping, restaurants Ski locker provided Washer/Dryer in Unit - very useful
