Dirty rental

Sheets were stained and dirty, beds were actually cots, mismatched sheets, no extra linens or blankets, couch filthy- cigarette burns, no sitting room- just a wide hallway with a narrow couch and the TV so close it was uncomfortable to watch, across from the front door lots of garbage, not a good stay

1-star is being generous

This was a horrible experience, giving a 1 star is honestly being generous! The pictures are very well staged and make this property look great but what a joke. It is located in an ally and the “parking” is not what you think or the picture posted. It advertises no pets allowed but get slammed with a pet smell when walking into the rental and can see pet damage along baseboards along with all of the air fresheners to try to mask the smell. The “walking” distance to down town is 7-9 blocks in a very shady location with homeless laying every, not sure who would feel safe walking down town. Aweful experience when a family member came to stay and had to end up driving back to my home 2 hours away and was only in the rental for an hour, once I contacted the owner to get a refund forget about it no refund coming. Stay clear of this one.

Perfect for a baseball getaway

This property is exactly as advertised: a short walk from Tropicana Field and just a few minutes from beautiful downtown St. Petersburg. The hosts were communicative and understanding and very helpful! 10/10, would absolutely stay here again!

So cute!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The area in general feels very safe and I love that there’s so many shops and restaurants within walking distance! It was the perfect little space for me and a couple friends! Owner is extremely nice and helpful, she responded very fast to any questions we had! My favorite part is how close it is to the beach!😉 Book this place for your trip!!
