The Space:
Our home allows you to explore the history of NOLA from a modern space with luxurious design and amenities. The professionally designed space boasts curated furniture and art pieces, decorated with green accents and antique finds from local NOLA shops. Settle in to the perfect home-away-from-home, complete with an outdoor pool to relax in after discovering all that the city has to offer.

-There is one additional room in the home that contain 1 Daybed with trundle. For clarity, this is an office with a door that can be closed for additional privacy. They are labeled as an “Living Room” above.
-Unbeatable, private outdoor space with heated pool, outdoor showers, dining area and outdoor kitchen with inline grill.
-Space is professionally designed and crafted with large groups in mind.
-Large double french doors create an indoor-outdoor experience great for soaking up the beautiful NOLA weather.

-All beds feature Tempur-Pedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens.
-All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels.
-Public Goods coffee and tea are available for all guests.

The Neighborhood:
The Marigny is a safe, friendly, and laid-back area, rated as one of the top 10 hippest neighborhoods in the country by The New Yorker. You will be in the middle of the Marigny/Bywater buzz, and about a 30-minute stroll (a very nice one) to the heart of the downtown French Quarter. But you don't need to go far to discover why this neighborhood is a hidden gem -- some of the best bars, restaurants, and art galleries in NOLA are within close walking distance.

All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by foot, bike, taxi, or Uber. For cycling enthusiasts, New Orleans is a very bikeable city, and there are several rental and tour companies in close proximity. The Marigny and Bywater are both within walking distance, and other hotspots such as the French Quarter and Frenchmen and Magazine Street are a short car ride away.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
