All villas have fully equipped kitchens, 1-2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washers/dryers and balconies. As the coastal destination resort, The Ocean Club offers every amenity. Featuring two gated pools and a childrens gated pool, there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to explore the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available nearby. Oceanfront heated pool and closed during the off season! Community Amenities Include: -Two Gated Outdoor Pools -Soundfront Pier -Childrens Gated Pool -Each building is equipped with an elevator. Please Note: Buildings R and S are currently undergoing construction to modernize their elevator systems and the building elevators will be unavailable during this time.

Ocean Club R 301 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Soundfront Condo with views of the Bogue Sound! The Ocean Club has all the amenities you can ask for. There is a pool and hot tub for your pleasure. Each building comes with a private elevator. This soundfront condo has beautiful views of the water and a relaxing covered porch to enjoy during your stay. The covered porch has 2 ceiling fans to allow for a breeze while overlooking the water. With 1 King Size Bed and 1 Queen Size Bed there are plenty of places to rest your head! This beautifully decorated condo has great views! You can sit on your porch, relax, and listen to the sounds of the Sound! The living area has 47" HDTV with DVR and a DVD player. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom with double sinks, tub and shower! Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and flatscreen TV. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and the Twin room features a built-in DVD player! R 301 also has High Speed Wireless Internet Provided!. Additional Amenities: 3 DVD Players, Card Table, Puzzle board, books, DVDs, and games.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Nightly rentals are allowed with a 3-night minimum (off-season only).

Please note: Check-In is at 4:00pm - No Exceptions. PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Parking Passes. NO Extras. Boat Trailers are not allowed.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
