Tucked away in a rural neighborhood, this home offers complete privacy with no neighbors in sight. Enjoy the serenity of nature and the peaceful surroundings, making it the perfect secluded escape.

This unique retreat offers two distinct spaces: a traditional one-bedroom home with a loft and a separate, cozy bunkhouse. The bunkhouse sleeps up to five guests in a “glamping” style, featuring electricity but no running water, making it a charming, rustic escape.

The main house is centered around a bright, beautifully appointed kitchen with high-end cookware, a dishwasher, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. With exposed wood beams, a handcrafted butcher block island with seating for four, and a dining table that seats six, it’s perfect for gathering. On the first floor, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a double bed, attached powder room, and a desk for private workspace. Above, the loft houses a full bathroom and a twin daybed with a pull-out trundle bed.

For relaxing nights in, the lower-level family room offers a comfy electric fireplace, blankets, and entertainment options, including books and a TV. This level also provides access to the washer and dryer, as well as a home gym equipped with an assault bike, kettlebells, a battle rope, an adjustable pull-up/dip bar, and a large exercise mat.

The main house features a narrow spiral staircase connecting the loft, bathroom, and lower-level family room, which may be difficult for young children, pets, or elderly guests to navigate—especially in winter months when the outdoor shower is closed. During this time, guests will need to use the full bathroom in the loft.

The separate bunkhouse provides an unforgettable "glamping" experience, sleeping five in cozy beds with an electric fireplace, string lights, and area rugs for added comfort. While it lacks a bathroom, guests can access all amenities in the main house just steps away.

The highlight of this property is the red cedar barrel sauna, available year-round for total relaxation. From May to October, enjoy the outdoor shower surrounded by nature. Complete your stay with evenings under the stars, grilling on the BBQ, and dining on the deck, followed by lounging and stargazing.

With high-speed internet and multiple workspaces, this retreat is also ideal for remote work. Set up at the island or dining table, or retreat to the desk in the first-floor bedroom for quiet Zoom calls.

Conveniently located, this home is just 10 minutes from Jacobs Pillow Dance, 20 minutes from top theaters and restaurants, 30 minutes from Tanglewood, 4 minutes from Canterbury Farms for cross-country skiing, and within 30-40 minutes of Bousquet Ski Area, Butternut Basin, and Jiminy Peak for downhill skiing.

Having a car will greatly enhance your ability to explore the Berkshires effectively.

PETS: Small dogs allowed with owner approval, no dogs under 2 years old. Please reach out for owner approval on the dog prior to booking. No multiples. $100 fee will be applied if approved.
PARKING: Off street parking for 3 cars.
*A pass will be provide to access center pond beach, just minutes up the road. A charge will be incurred for a lost pass.
*The main house is equipped with a mini split ductless system keep keep the place cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer months. Additionally, the basement family room has a small electric fireplace. The bunk room has a small electric fireplace to keep warm, and a window unit AC.

**Your reservation includes a $20 insurance fee to cover any accidental damage during your stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation with peace of mind. If any damage does occur, please let us know so we can arrange timely replacements for the next guest.
