The sliding doors open up completely to the outdoor lanai and combine inside and outside living.
The Master suite offers luxurious privacy. It supplies a king-size bed, sliding doors to the patio, 2 walk-in closets and an En-Suite bath with soaking tub, walk through shower and 2 vanity sinks.
Guest suites 2 & 3 each have a queen side bed, and another luxurious bathroom that boasts a shower, tub, vanity with sink. These bedrooms are separated by the bathroom.
Guest suite 4 is a sleep and work combination, equipped with a king size bed. A perfect location to retreat and work â or for additional guests. This bedroom is located adjacent to the master suite.
The spacious pool area is screened in and the screens offer unrestricted views to the canal. Electrical heat is available to warm up the water if needed. The enormous patio area provides a lot of room for refreshing shade, grill your fresh catch and have dinner on the large dining table with comfortable chairs for 10.
