Denna vackra lägenhet på platinaivå ligger vid stranden på den spektakulära Tops'l Resort. Denna lägenhet är helt ombyggd och ligger på fjärde våningen i Beach Manor. Dessa lägenheter erbjuder en underbar panoramautsikt över Mexikanska golfen. Denna rymliga, orörda lägenhet har ett komplett kök. Tvättgarderoben har en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek. Det finns en king size-säng i befälhavaren och två enkelsängar i det andra sovrummet. Det finns också en ny bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Båda sovrummen har tv med DVD-spelare. Det finns också en TV och DVD-spelare i vardagsrummet. Denna lägenhet har två fulla bad.

Balkongen ger en otrolig utsikt över stranden. Från balkongen kan du se stranden, strandpromenaden, Beach Manor pool och Tops'l Resort poolen. Du kan gå ut från byggnaden till poolen, jacuzzi, våt bastu, träningsrum, automater och naturligtvis den vackra stranden! . Det finns täckt parkering för våra gäster i Beach Manor parkeringsgarage. Paraplyer och stolar finns att hyra på stranden (säsongsöppen).

Du är bara några minuter från Silver Sands Factory Outlet, Baytowne Wharf och Grand Boulevard, som är fantastiska för shopping och restauranger. Barnen älskar Big Kahuna Water Park och Track Amusement Park som också finns i närheten.

Great Trip

Great trip to the beach! Condo was as exactly as described, and we had everything we needed. Kids loved the beach & pool combination and ran back and forth all day.

Spring break

We love this location and the condo. Our parents stayed in the condo next door and there was a big difference. This condo feels like a home away from home. The owner was great to work with and responded quickly to all questions. We look forward to booking with them again.

Very nice place

The property was as described. The owner was very communicative. The weather could have been better but that is out of our control. If we had one bit of advice and it is a very minor one it would be make sure you bring an extra garbage bag as there was only one for our week long stay :). Other than that, everything was perfect.

Perfect location

We had the best trip and the condo was perfect for our little family of 4, plenty of room and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach including chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. It was an easy walk to the beach or the pool for 3 year olds. We will definitely be back.

Great place for Spring Break

We had a great week for Spring Break with several school families. The property has lots of options for things to do for both parents and kids. I really appreciated Shaun communicating with us ahead of time about exterior painting which affected access to our balcony for part of our stay. The property and the condo looks fresh and clean. Plenty of space and an updated kitchen. We would stay again and recommend to others.

Great view!

The condo had great views of the ocean and easy beach access. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. It is actually located closer to Sandestin than Destin and there was always heavy traffic going towards Destin. Also the linens (bath towels) need to be replaced. They are not soft or big enough for adults. Lots of maintenance going on around resort.

Excellent

The property is above all expectations. There are 2 deficiencies. The door handle on the clothes dryer comes off making it difficult to open the door and the mattress on the small bed is worn out. It sags toward the middle making the bed very uncomfortable.

The best beach trip ever!!

This vacation home was hands down the best place we have stayed!! The check in was very easy and the unit was super clean. I was very happy with this being a gated community. We always felt very safe during our stay. There is a covered parking garage that keeps your vehicle out of the elements. The view from the balcony, main living areas, and the master bedroom were just amazing! All the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing. The location is fantastic! A quick drive to shopping, dining, grocery, and so much more. We will definitely be back! The owner is excellent at responding to any questions or concerns. This was our first 5 star vacation. I’m very picky and have never been so happy with a vacation home. We definitely recommend staying here!!

Exactly as Expected!

Communication from Shaun was stellar! Very attentive and speedy response to any informational requests. Home was very clean, and we appreciated the items that were stocked such as hand soap, dish soap and sanitizers. Everything was in working order, kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable with lots of extra pillows and blankets available. Plenty of towels. Location has a perfect beach view, and was an easy walk to the pool and sand. Lots of games, puzzles and books available. We absolutely will reserve this location again, which is something I’ve never said before as we continuously switch it up. This part of the beach was also not overcrowded, even on a holiday weekend. Thoroughly pleased with this experience and highly recommend.

Beach Manor Condo in Tops’l

Condo was very nice and loved being right on the beach. Bedrooms bathrooms kitchen den and balcony were all nice. The only negatives were that the pool bar closed at 7 p.m., we are not allowed to use the upper pool, we were not allowed to use the tennis courts or pickleball, courts, and because we had a large sprinter van that wouldn’t fit in the parking garage, we had to pay $30/day to park at the Tides (very far away where there were tons of open parking spaces). The person at the gate did not know very much because he told us our van would fit no problem. Also, we were not allowed to set up our own umbrella that we brought for our grand baby. We had to go outside the edges of the property to set up on the beach. Our condo owner was very good and communicative.. No problem getting in the condo when we got there. Owner needs to clean the sofa bed mattress and get new sheets as it had a hole in it. All that aside, we would stay there again. Great location, nice condo and pool.

Great getaway!

We had a great week's getaway at Beach Manor 412! The unit is directly beachfront and the weather and ocean were perfect! Wonderful views from the balcony! We saw dolphins every day! We were directly adjacent to the Tides' pool and restaurant and they played loud music every day, so if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to read, you might want to sit out early before they open or head to the beach. Shaun gave us all the info we needed ahead of time so we had no trouble finding the unit. We were able to park on the 3rd level parking deck and go up just one level to our floor. The parking deck was challenging and not for the faint of heart! It was very narrow to navigate the levels and we had to take a smaller vehicle to make the 6.5ft clearance but we never had a problem finding a parking space! There were a couple minor cleaning issues. The extra sheets had hair on them and some of the towels were stained. The washing machine got sand on the clothes so I had to shake them out before drying. Not sure how to clean that out, but they dried fine. Overall, we had a great time!

Condo 412. Best condo I've ever stayed in at Beach Manor at Tops'l

We generally stay in the San Destin region when we come down from Mississippi to Destin for a vacation. And we always attempt to stay at Tops'l preferably in Beach Manor. Condo 412 was the best condo we have ever stayed in at Beach Manor. It was fresh, clean, updated......and I could say more. A couple small improvements could make this an ideal condo......There was only a single combination lock on the front door. It could use a deadbolt in addition to the combo. It's just a "thing" my wife and I prefer. The master bedroom mattress needs replacing. It felt more like a trampoline than a mattress. Overall this was a great condo.
