Be on the beach without sand

Nice view of a gulf to from the condo. If it’s a real windy, rainy day, you can sit out on the porch and be at the beach without getting your feet Sandy or your hair blowing very badly.

We’ll be back!

We enjoyed staying at the Beach Manor! It was a great location, the beach wasn’t to overly crowded, and the restaurant at the pool was great for the kids and an easy dinner. The condo itself was great for our family! The beds were comfortable and we had room for a pack and play as well. We had a great experience; we will be back!

Very nice condo with perfect ocean front view. Well kept property with visible security. Plenty of things to do close by. Was able to check in early always a plus everything was in working order and very clean.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at your beautiful condo. The beach was amazing and so was the view from the balcony! I would definitely recommend this area and all that it has to offer.

Loved our stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was very clean and well appointed. We had good communication with the property owner and found the location to be perfect. The family loved the pool and beach access and the kids really enjoyed the mini golf course. Highly recommend!

Great condo and location!

This was our first trip to Miramar Beach and it was great! The condo and gated secured community had convenient access to the beach and view of the ocean was excellent. The beds were great and our family loved them. Friday night had an unexpected surprise with fireworks show and the hotel next door on the beach. We are already talking about coming back next year!

Live this unit in this location. Easy parking on time elevators short walk to beach and pool. Had a small issue with a cabinet and called the agent and it was fixed in an hour. The only thing to be aware of are the fees make sure you budget for them.

Tops'l Beach Manor is one of our favorites!

We were hoping to find a 3-bedroom unit but really happy to stumble across this 2-bedroom unit in our last minute search for a beach vacation. We did experience construction noise underneath the unit for the length of our stay. The Tops'l properties are well maintained and offer a very nice overall experience. We'll be back.

Beautiful unit with breath taking views as soon as you open the front door! Clean unit. Access to multiple pools, a fitness center, putt putt, and so much more! It would've been nice if beach service was included in the cost, but it was available and our family enjoyed using them. We were delighted that they were reserved and it was the same spot every morning so we didn't have to go and ask each morning. A very short walk to the beach allowed us to optimize our fun in the sun. Overall, my family and I enjoyed every moment at the beach during our trip to Miramar Beach! We would love to stay in this unit again in the future and would recommend it to anyone!

Beach vacation

The location of this property was perfect. We had amazing views from the condo and just a short walk to the beach. We loved that there was dining and a place to get drinks right on the beach. The cleanliness of this unit was disappointing. There were blood stains on the front and back of a pillow in the guest bedroom. Also, the showers were definitely not cleaned between guests both showers had the previous renters hair and trash in them. Would definitely stay at this location again but preferably a different unit. I’ve never said anything negative about a stay before but if I was the owner of this unit I’d definitely want to know about the cleanliness.

4.5 stars perfect view

We really enjoyed our stay!! The view was exactly as pictured!!! We give it a 4.5 versus 5 because the kitchen and walls and such really need an upgrade/of new paint. If you are like us and are more concerned with having a beautiful view with close proximity to the beach. ..then this is your place!!the property is located next to Sandestin - it’s a nice area and there isn’t as much traffic. We also liked using the pool next door- it has a restaurant/bar. So sad that we had to go home! Go on the dolphin tour that itrip advertises!!(it’s one of the free admissions you get with the booking) I took my daughter and it was a great time!!

Topsl Spring Break

This is a very nice place to stay. I believe if our weather would have been nicer, we would have enjoyed the area more. We, in the past, were used to walking everywhere we went to eat, to beach and to go do daily activities. You cannot really do that here and need to drive outside the facility. It is very nice for families with younger kids and has great pools, putt putt, and many things for them to do with mom and dad. I loved the facility and staff and beach facilities. Our condo was great. Our older teens were just used to walking to eat, listen to music, etc and could not really do that here.

Beach O Rama!

Pros: spectacular beach front views! Sunrise to sunset! As close to the beach as you can possibly be! Resort type amenities… Multiple pools, beach chair service, food and bar stand, etc. Cons: Unit is somewhat dated. Beds are Sagging/lumpy. Appliances are older. Furniture is worn/dirty. There was a minor issue with the washing machine, but the management group immediately fixed it. There is plenty of room for four people to enjoy the week comfortably.

A great visit

We have stayed at Topsl many times and love the facility so we knew what to expect as to size and layout. The beds were comfortable. Both baths were fine altho a little dated. Lots of room for 4 adults. The decor was really pretty. The kitchen is small but they all are at Beach Manor. Everything seemed updated and the kitchen “equipment “ was good. We used the grill at the pool. It is better than the one I have at home ! Very importantly - I always feel safe at Topsl. It is quiet and monitored. You can’t beat the view from the balcony! Breathtaking. My only complaint is about the condition of the carpet in the bedrooms. Especially the primary bedroom. It is in terrible shape. Please change it out or at least clean it. We will definitely be back to 508 !

Great stay - we will be back

This condo was right on the beach and the view was great. Very clean and had everything we needed. The management staff was very responsive to 2 small issues. I have only 3 cautions: 1) there are no beach chairs or umbrellas. They can be rented right on the beach but it is about $50 per day even if you only want half a day. We couldn't find anywhere else to rent these. 2) there are no grab bars in the master shower/tub and nothing on the tub base. Very slippery and difficult to get in and out. 3) the master bed was very high - probably 4-6 inches higher than a normal bed. My husband didn't have any trouble but I (5'6") struggled. Even with all that, we would come back again!!

Family of 4 vacation.

Great location and easy beach access with wonderful views. The condo was mostly clean and the appliances worked great unlike some of the other reviews I had read before booking. I do have to agree with one of the other reviews about how bad the mattress were and I had called in to the property manage concerned with the Mattress before we arrived and they said it was fine but I have to say I only have two complaints with the condo and that is that the Mattresses were Terrible and It was liking sleeping in a hole and I'm only 180lbs . My wife had the same issue on here side of the bed . I have to say they need to replace those cheap mattresses . Second I would also remove the old looking carpet out from the bedrooms because they hold sand from previous people and the carpet had two bunched up places at the end of the bed which could cause someone to trip. I think if they fix these two issues they would have a almost perfect condo for the money. . I do recommend this condo 100% if they replace those mattresses. .
