Very nice stay at Blue Wave

Stayed here while attending a baseball game over the weekend. It was all brand new inside, clean and fresh. It is a small unit but fit perfectly for 2 adults. It was a short walk to the stadium and downtown. Will definitely consider this for our next trip over.

Nice place but some problems

The messsge regarding passcode for door lock was not received when checking in. We did not have an email or phone number to contact the manager. After some searching online, finally found a contact number and received the passcode. The apartment was at the back of the building and difficult to see entrance steps at night. On our last day, one of the upper kitchen cupboards became detached from the wall and fell on my husband who was getting a glass jar from the top shelf. Several glass containers slid out and smashed on the floor around his sock feet. Luckily he was able to stand still, holding up the cupboard while I swept up the shards of glass around his feet. No one was hurt and the company reimbursed us $50 for the inconvenience.

Basic needs weekend it’s perfect

Small unit but clean, no perfume orders and as everything was as described. Being here, is to be out sightseeing so we’re not hanging out in the room anyway. Property manager was available right away when we had issues with the door code provided. Had response in under 20 minutes. Water pressure could use some work and make sure you know that 1 o’clock on the shower handle for 2 minutes then you’ll start to feel the hot water. Takes a good few minutes to get going. Would recommend for a couple. We would rent again.
