Come stay in this delightful 'Pearl of Pend Oreille' bungalow at the Dover Bay Resort. Lovely furnishings in a fully appointed home, this is a fabulous and easy place to stay any time of year. Two bedrooms with Queen beds and luxury linens, central air conditioning, a fully appointed kitchen and high speed fiber internet. Should you need more room, we also manage the 3 bedroom bungalow right next door! Bring Fido as this home is dog friendly with walk and bike paths right outside.

Dover Bay Resort provides a Marina, boat rentals, DISH restaurant, convenience store and over 9 miles of paved trails for you to enjoy. Balto Park, located at the end of Lakeshore Avenue behind Dover City Hall is gorgeous! Beaches and cordoned off swimming areas, grass play areas, playground set for younger children and explore the bridge across Brown's Inlet. There is so much wildlife including various ducks, fishing, geese, osprey and eagles, deer and moose.

Note: Lake Club Fitness is privately owned and is unfortunately not open to vacation rental guests at this home.

Downtown Sandpoint is 3 miles away (a paved and separate bike trail is a super way to get into town) and Schweitzer Mountain is just 25 minutes away. Each season there is so much to do here. Book now!

Pearl of Pend Oreille

The overall cleanliness of the unit was very good, however, the outdoor patio furniture was filthy and there was no bath mat provided for the primary bathroom. Also, the bathtub was very slippery and there are no grab bars to assist with ingress or egress. USE EXTREME CAUTION! Permanent next door neighbors are very unfriendly but occupants of the other neighboring rental unit were very gracious.

Great time!

the unit was amazing. the area was so much fun, and it was super easy to rent a boat and spend the day on the lake! we could walk to our boat and then walk back to our place effortlessly. was a trip to remember!

Great property in a perfect location

Have stayed in the area before so we always look for places available in Dover. This bungalow was perfect for our family of 4. Had a great time, walked to the marina to look at the boats, paddle boarded and even got in to use the fitness facility - which is tricky. The door there doesn't work very well so if no one is working, you can't get in. Only small note - the bedside table on the right of the downstairs bed has a lamp on it that is not plugged in. The plugs are taken up with the wifi router and other devices. Might be good to put a small power strip over there. Great to have a washer/dryer (I spilled on my shirt on the drive over from Portland) and super quiet spot. Walking trails everywhere and the little coffee stand (Copper Moose) has great coffee and amazing service. Would stay here again.
