Welcome to our beachfront condo!

This unit is located on the 12th floor of Calypso Tower III with panoramic views, it’s just steps away from the sandy beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your balcony! Brand new construction with tasteful coastal decor. Just bring your beach towels and sunscreen!

This vacation oasis is located right next door to famous Pier Park! Close to the restaurants, shopping and entertainment at Pier Park, the sports complex at Frank Brown Park, nature hiking at Conservation Park and the many special events and concerts at Aaron Bessant Park. For the Fourth of July, Pirates Fest, Mardi Gras and all the other PCB celebrations, you can watch the fireworks from your oversized balcony. Your balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the panoramic views!

Inside, the master bedroom has a king size bed and with a connected master en suite. The second bedroom features a king bed. The third bedroom has twin bunks. Flat screen TVs are in every room and free cable TV and internet service are included. The fully equipped kitchen has a crock pot and a coffee maker for your convenience. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool, large hot tub, a fire pit, tiki bars, cabanas for rent and an exercise room with an ocean view.

New Years Trip

We enjoyed this condo a lot! Very roomy. Very cozy. It was perfect for our family of 4 but definitely could fit a family of 6 and still have room.

Great location

This is a beautiful condo with easy access in and out of the garage. It was everything as described and we will be booking again soon! Elevators were quick and since the beach had double red flags we enjoyed the pool everyday.

AMAZING!!!!

We have stayed at Calypso before but never in this unit. We loved everything about it and we can’t wait to stay here again. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and cookware. All of the beds were comfortable are four-year-old son stayed in the bunk bedroom he loved it. Communication with the owner was amazing. The second that I would text she would respond. We even got to check-in early.

Ironman Florida

This property is the perfect location for Ironman Florida to make your day as simple as possible. Easily walkable to swim start/transition area for pre-race and day of. The property is clean and updated nicely. We had a small maintenance issue while I was racing and my wife said the host was extremely helpful in getting the issue rectified and very communicative. Also close to stores and conveniences!

Very nice, great view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in June of 2024 for a week. The condo is beautiful. Great view. Nice furniture. Overall we were very pleased. Our only complaints were the cleanliness of the floor. We have a 1 year old who is crawling, not walking, and after being there for less than 2 hours after checking in, his knees, feet, and hands were black from the floors. Helen was super responsive and had someone come out the next day to mop, which was helpful. Had we not had a baby, we wouldn’t have even noticed. Other than that it was a great stay.

Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 6 stayed here for 5 days. The cleanliness was unmatched!! There were a few minor inconveniences but nothing noteworthy because Helen jumped on them VERY quickly. She even let us check in two hours earlier without any hassle. I would definitely stay again!! The location was perfect for our teenagers to mingle with other friends.

Unplanned Getaway

Exactly what we were looking for on a last minute trip to Panama City Beach. Great location for easy beach access and plenty of food and entertainment. The condo has a great view and was everything we expected.
