The house is pretty run down, small and not updated. There was no area to sit down and have a meal so we ate dinner standing around the island. There are 3 bedrooms but only 1 shower. There were ants everywhere in the kitchen. The surrounding grass was overgrown in the front yard. The area was quiet and the hosts were responsive.

Fun in the sun

Super clean, quiet area, close to everything. Spectacular su sets just a block away. Great for couples or families.

2nd year to Dunedin, FL

We stayed at the same property this year - can't beat the location. The ball stadium two blocks away, downtown Dunedin three blocks away. The house has everything we need - could use better lighting out on the screened in porch. We enjoy sitting out there but once dusk hits, the lights in the porch do not provide enough lighting and unable to play cards, games, etc.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was close to downtown Dunedin and just as the listing said. It was very easy to communicate with the host. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful stay in Dunedin, FL

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage - it was perfectly located to the TD Stadium and to downtown Dunedin. We could walk everywhere. The cottage was perfect - modern, clean, and spacious. It was exactly what the pictures had shown. The sun porch was an added bonus and we enjoyed some evenings out there.

Convenient and cozy

Access to Pinellas trail and major roadways was easy. Only downside was no bathroom fans or clothes dressers. Communications were timely and efficient. Owner accommodated early checkin once cleaning crew was done.

Dunedin Coastal Cottage

Location was great. Space was great. Indoor table and chairs for dining, playing games etc would be a great addition. The light out in the screened in porch is not bright enough for dining or game playing at night. Host responded in a timely manner for a couple of concerns and took care of them immediately. We were very pleased with our stay there.

Perfect spot

The cottage and location was perfect and had everything we needed for a wonderful girls get away. It was comfortable, clean and exactly as expected. The proximity to town is an easy walk and there is something for everyone in the awesome town of Dunedin. The property managers were the best in all respects of being excellent hospitality hosts. Thank you!

Perfect Location & Clean

Enjoyed three evenings here exploring Dunedin. The home is perfectly located, super close to downtown in a quiet area. The home is exactly as described and very clean. The beds are comfy and the linens are nice. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared to be well-appointed. We rented a golf cart to explore the area. Our dog was appreciative of the canine treat canister!
