We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure that we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or for the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
