The apartment is very beautiful, it has a nice size bathtub/shower, the bed is super comfortable so is the couch. It feels like home away from home. It has anything you may need to cook, clean and just feel at home. You get your own parking spot and your right in downtown midland so your near a lot of places. I would most definitely come here again!

Great experience for my parents

We don't have enough space for my parents to stay when they visit from out of town and we were lucky enough to find this vrbo! It was conveniently located to the attractions we took them to and they loved staying there. They had everything they needed and both said the bed was comfy! I can definitely see booking this for them again.

Wedding Weekend Fun

This was our first time ever in Michigan AND using a VRBO! We usually stay in hotels but our baby doesn’t like sleeping in the same room as us anymore. The apartment was clean, cute, and quiet which was perfect for us! My husband even met a man working on apartment 3 and said he was really nice! Overall it was a great weekend getaway! Next time we’re up this way we’ll have to see if this location is available!

Tailgate and Tall Boys weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was great and very close to everything that we did. We will definitely stay here again.

great spot to stay in Midland

We found the apartment (really one half of a bungalow house) to be a great place to stay. The location was excellent and the bed was comfortable. Off street parking was provided. Great value for the cost.

Great place and close to everything.

We loved the place and it was exactly what the listing said. It was just my husband and I and it was perfect. The bed was comfy and we were close to everything. Downtown is beautiful and had great restaurants. The farmers market is one of the best I’ve ever been too.

Short stay in Midland

My sister and I stayed in the apartment for a few days. It was a last minute booking and the host communication was timely and efficient. It was cozy and worked well for visiting other family nearby.

Perfect!

My family had a great stay. We were in Midland for a basketball tournament and the location of the apartment was within walking distance of downtown. The apartment was very clean and organized, and suited our needs for the weekend. Great communication with the host and we really appreciated her letting us stay a few hours after checkout until the tournament was over. We would stay again!

Comfortable and convenient

❤️ of Midland!

Owners were so AWESOME. We mentioned a noisy fan and it was fixed in hours. Forgot my blow dryer. Delivered within hours. This place was perfect for us. Will be back!

Perfect location

Cute little apartment. Perfect location for walking to Dow Field. As someone else had said it is an older house converted to apartments so if you are looking for luxury you may want to go to a hotel. Could use a few more cooking pots and pans. Other than that it was perfect for myself and my husband. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood for being in town. Hosts are very responsive to questions. Check in was a breeze.

Very Nice Place

I will echo what the other reviewers said...the inside was VERY clean. That is huge for my wife and I since we have been in places that have not been very clean... It was very easy to communicate with the listing manager with only a few minute wait for a response if that. This house is not brand new, so if you're expecting to walk into a home that was built last year, this is not the place HOWEVER, if you're looking for a place to stay that is CLEAN with a very nice bed and that cozy kind of feel, this is the place. My wife and I will definitely be going back to this listing on our next trip to Midland.
