The Space:
Luxurious beds with plenty of space to spread out with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 smart TVâs. WiFi access. Private back yard with large patio and gas grill. Our back yard backs up to a local ranch and is surrounded by trees. No neighbors behind this house, just next door. It is common to see deer grazing in the afternoon.
Plenty of towels, extra blankets and everything you need to enjoy your stay. We know you will enjoy the space.
Walking distance to many great local restaurants. Within a mile of 2 grocery stores. There is a park close to the house and trails that lead to a pet park.

Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, closet, 65" Smart TV.
Guest Bedrooms: Queen beds with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps.
We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.
This listing is for 6 guests. Two extra guests up to 8 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.
We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.
