The first floor features a large open living area with full-service Kitchen area open to the Great Room with cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace for cool evenings and ambience, Wall TV in Family room, transom windows and two full sets of glass patio doors facing the Lake. The Bifold patio door opens to the large screened in porch with a table seating for 6-8. The kitchen has granite counters with oversized island with 9 stools, all brand-new appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, four burner gas stove, wall oven and microwave. Full stocked kitchen with all your needs for cooking your meals for large or small groups, plenty of cabinets and storage areas, an ice maker, purified water faucet, beverage cooler and much more.

BOAT HOUSE AND WATERFRONT:
The waterfront is steps away from the home. Across the road and down the steps to the waterfront area. Perfect if you would like to get out of the sun or weather and still stay at the water side.

The lake frontage is approx. 75 ft with a brand-new permanent dock that extends 20+feet into the water. The dock area will accommodate use for up to a 25 ft boat, cleats are on the dock, guest must provide own lines and bumpers and lift is not available for use to guests.

The lake area is great for floating in the water, sitting on the deck to sun and watch the sunsets, shoreline has room for use of your own kayaks or canoe.


PARKING: The entrance to the home is off of a private drive, plenty of parking at the house for up to six vehicles.


GAMES: Corn Hole and Ping Pong Table at the house.

Guest assumes all liability for use of the dock and waterfront area and assumes responsibility and liability for damages done to the entire lake front area including the boat house and stairs during their stay, whether the damage is done by individuals, their watercrafts or similar, or the guest themselves.
