BEAUTIFUL PLACE!! Our guests and ourselves loved it and appreciate everything about it. We run a business and regularly need space for our employees and will definitely be booking here again.

Nice comfortable home

The neighborhood is a historical district, with a great park across the street. The neighbors were friendly. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed.

We were able to check in a little early, which was great, but there were a few things that need repair. The kitchen sink keeps falling off, and the master bathroom NEEDS A DOOR. Very bright when in use (shower curtain part way down doesn’t block light) towels were hard to find, and there was someone’s laundry in closets, along with bags from new sheets.

We stayed here twice, one night on our way to Hot Springs, Arkansas and then one night going back to Nashville for our trip home to Oregon. The first impression wasn't that good. There was just a little toilet paper and it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned. There were clumps of hair on the floor and toothpaste still in the sink. The host immediately responded when I messaged him and brought some toilet paper and a few other supplies. He said he was interrupted with an emergency before he finished cleaning. That being said, the return stay was very nice. Although the area is a little "iffy", it's quiet and there's a nice park across the street. The house was very clean this time. I'm glad there are second chances in this world because the host, obviously, tried.

Very beautiful and spacious home but the WiFi was not found on settings and the password didn’t work. I tried to get in contact with owner but he didn’t respond. Other than that no problems with the house no big concerns.

Memphis stay

The house was nice. However the location of the home was less than ideal. There were gunshots close by one night and many houses in the area boarded up. If the house was in a different location it would be a great place to stay

Cute and roomy house

We only stayed 1 night. The house is very roomy. Master bed was comfortable. It is about 3 houses down from an active train track but the train noise was not bothersome. On the negative side, there were no towels or wash clothes in either bathroom. Luckily there were 2 towels and 1 wash cloth in the dryer.

Spacious home across from park

Nice sized home for our group of 7 and our short weekend stay. Could use a few things fixed. If you arent used to trains and airplanes or you are a light sleeper, know they do go thru at night. Would stay there again. Had very nice neighbors.
