Great stay for my purposes

The efficiency was just as pictured. I stayed myself for the Formula 1 weekend, and it was perfect for my purpose. Very close to the race at Hard Rock Stadium. Easy to get to the event and back. It is so close, only took 15 minute drive to my parking and 25 minutes after race. Parked at a private home on 200th St which allowed going and coming from the east, avoiding heavy stadium congestion, and avoiding freeways. Many nice touches added like welcome basket, amenities in shower. You can tell the owners put thought and convenience into the remodeling they are doing. The small fridge and freezer were great -- freezer worked very well which is unusual for these types. Parking right in front of unit. Owners made check in and out easy and were accessible if needed. All things considered, perfect for my 4-night stay at a very good rate.

My stay was very affordable. It was clean spotless. Good for a little getaway. Definitely will book again.

Beautiful and CLEAN

I enjoyed staying here. I was very comfortable. I felt safe. This place is so cute! Absolutely adorable. Most importantly - it was VERY CLEAN! I absolutely loved the space. Nicole and family have created a wonderful space away from home. Perfect for a quiet, chill weekend away from home!
