Beautiful studio with nice finishes throughout. Communication was outstanding. It’s a 20 minute walk to the Hard Rock Stadium and highly recommend.

We had a great stay for the Miami Open at Hard Rock Stadium, but this would be a great location for any event in the area. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood that felt safe for walking even late at night. All the appliances are new, and the rain shower was great. Coffee was also ready to go, and communication with the owner was great too. Lovely place.

Very nice! Decorative, spacious, great location and amenities were great. The host was available at all times and very welcoming when I needed assistance getting back in lol. The overall stay was great, I recommend booking.

The host met me at the property, she was in contact throughout my initial arrival. I needed assistance with the cable connection and she replied promptly and had the issue resolved.The rental is very nice, loved the waterfall showerhead, and amenities.

Excellent spot very clean and perfect for our short stay and trip to an event at Hard Rock Stadium. A short 15-20 min walk to the stadium and comfortable place to stay was exactly what we were looking for. The place was beautifully decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The washer/dryer was a huge perk. Ride share was readily accessible to the location and a short trip to many food and shopping options.

Great private space, perfect for healing! Loved how secluded the property was with the enclosed parking area. It gave me space after surgery to walk every hour in privacy and comfort. I only wish the wifi was better - we had to use our hotspot the whole time, even after it was reset by the host, and for that im giving four stars because it never improved. Otherwise highly recommend!!!

I faced some difficulties reaching the host, as my emailed questions went unanswered. However, a family member of the host was unexpectedly helpful in assisting me with access to the property.The living quarters were great. Since the TV was working, I chose to manage without the internet since I didn't want to bother the family member who initially helped get access to my reserved quarters. Unfortunately, the entrance to the private driveway was less than ideal, but having my vehicle secured behind gates was convenient. However, it did require some struggle with the gates, dirt, weeds, and flies to enjoy some of that peace of mind. Fortunately, the ground was dry during my stay, or it could have been..... I do believe a remote-controlled gate opener would have made that experience more pleasant.Aside from the communication issues, delayed access to the property, and dealing with the gate while swatting flies & mosquitoes, it wasn't too bad. Would I do it again? Probably not. Would I refer friends to try it? Yes, but with fair warnings.

Everything was good until I drop my keys behind the bed and seen some nasty stuff and besides the ac leaking water on us while we were sleeping wasn’t happy about it the bed is wet and the bugs or w.e behind the bed but the host was nice and responded anytime I wrote the house is very nice besides the oh and the covers need to be washed better they wasn’t white

The room was spotless!!! Very neat and put together!!! Very clean! Very nice washer and dryer. Nice kitchen amenities that also matched the whole rooms vibes. Super big tv with couch in front and is the perfect length away when laying on the bed, the tv is directly in front which i also loved. Personal padio and basically yard!!! I do smoke so that was amazing to have gated off and some peace and quite with the birds singing! Parking was amazing too. We had our own little driveway with a nice big gate that closed behind it so nobody sees through anything! The front yard is padded with the fake grass and its even on the fence!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend and might come back for a second time!!! Only 45 ish minutes to south beach miami! Great location too! 10/10!!!

The place was nice, close to the stadium, it just was not clean. There was hair everywhere. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. I contacted the Host she offered to come and clean, but I did not want her coming to clean while I was not there with all of my belongings in the property, because it should have been cleaned. I also asked if she inspected the property before renting it out and she told me no, but she would probably consider that from now on. I felt like I should have got some of my money back due to that alone.
