Mother/Daughter trip 2023

We absolutely loved the Leeward tower! We felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were so comfy! The 5th floor views were stunning! Marla was fantastic to work with as well. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Amazing panoramic views

Marla was a joy to work with! The condo was super nice and clean. Had everything we needed. The panoramic deck and the views were amazing for sunset and beach watching. The ocean’s restaurant on the property was delicious. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to travel to Panama City Beach.

We loved the entire experience with the individual condo and at the overall Edgewater property.

The condo was just what we hoped it would be, and it was so close to the beach. Also, having the four extra pools was a perk for the children. We enjoyed everything about our experience. Marla was very easy to work with on both the front and back end of things.

Very nice!

We loved this property and location for our recent PCB trip. The beach view and the balcony were great! There was plenty of space for my husband and I and the 5 teenagers that we had with us. The only complaint we had was the loud music out by the pool late one night, but the property manager let us know what to do if it happened again (which it didn’t). Lovely location with a very short walk to the beach.

This condo is amazing along with Marla!. She was wonderful! Gave me her personal number and was excellent at communicating. The condo was very clean and spacious, and had everything you would need for a stay, minus the daily necessities. The view from the balcony was amazing! The resort awesome! I would definitely stay here again! If staying, make sure you try oceans bar and grill on the resort, amazing food! Marla, thank you for being so helpful and so good at communicating, and making things so easy going and not stressful!

Fantastic condo with amazing views.

Absolutely wonderful beachfront condo with everything you need. We loved the layout of this condo, it was perfect for 6 adults. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, so it worked out great. We cooked every meal in the kitchen, it also had everything you need. The beach was crowded, but with the views from the balcony, we were able to enjoy every moment. The owner provided great communication. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze and everything was perfect. Thank you so much for a wonderful getaway.

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the fact that it needed a good cleaning. The kitchen was stocked! We loved that with the pandemic going on. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. The owner was awesome!!! Communication with her was top notch. Check in process was so easy! I would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful condo in our favorite Panama City resort

We love Edgewater resort! This was our sixth time renting from a VRBO owner and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. Marla responded to all my questions very quickly. She sent our check-in information and parking passes well in advance of our stay. We stayed for two weeks and had different friends/family with us each week so we requested four parking passes. When we did this in the past, other owners refused to provide more than two even though we specified they wouldn't all be used at the same time. That made it inconvenient to swap passes with the incoming family the second week. I really appreciated that Marla was able to accommodate our request. As for the condo, it was absolutely beautiful and so perfect. This was our first time renting a three bedroom with the amazing wraparound balcony. We had everything we needed and everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again. Thank you, Marla!

A Perfect Paradise Getaway

Our experience at this condo and resort was outstanding. Thanks to Marla for being a wonderful host while we were in Panama City Beach. The check in and checkout were smooth and easy and communication was great. We enjoyed every aspect of the unit and the resort. My husband and I were there in August with our 2 grown daughters, our son in law and our grandchildren (5 and 3). Bedroom and bath arrangements worked out perfectly for us and the beds were comfortable. The unit is very well equipped to handle any of your vacation needs, from kitchen utensils, to a washer and dryer, to beach toys and chairs. We loved the close walk to the beach and the pool. The kids thought the small pool below our balcony was great. The adults preferred the lagoon pool only a short walk away. The beach was perfect. The sugar sand made walking on the beach and playing at the water's edge so much fun. No need to worry about stepping on sharp shell pieces or stones. We used the chair rental service which gave us the ability to go from the condo to the small pool to the beach all day. The extra beach chairs that were in the condo along with the beach toys made it so easy for everyone to enjoy the sand and surf. The view was perfection! The wrap around balcony with access from two of the bedrooms, the dining room and the living room was my favorite place to sit. From sun up to sundown the views were amazing and the sound of the waves was soothing. I could even hear it as I fell asleep. The condo was very quiet and we never heard noise from any other units. Our meals were all eaten in the condo, but we did carry out for evening meals. One was from the Oceans restaurant near the pool and it was very good. The ice maker was great and we never had to buy ice. The air conditioner was top notch and kept us very comfortable. All the furniture was in great shape and it was very clean when we arrived. It is apparent that this is a well managed condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our family beach getaway and would highly recommend this unit. We hope to return in the future. Edgewater resort

We had an amazing time. We loved the location of condo. It was an easy walk from car to beach with all our chairs/toys etc. We were on 5th floor and never had to wait for elevator.inside condo was beautiful and the view was spectacular. Owners were always checking in to see if we had any problems. Highly recommend

Panama City Beach Getaway

The property is located right on the beach. Wrap around balcony provides excellent view for several people. Unit is spacious and provided for three couples. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Location is wonderful.
