Det tredje sovrummet har 2 dubbelsängar. LR har en ny Queen Sleeper Sofa & Love Seat. Denna lägenhet sover 10 bekvämt. Alla rum har nya plattskärms-kabel-TV. DVD-spelare i LR. Vi erbjuder också våra gäster gratis Wi-Fi Det nya moderna köket är fullt utrustat för matlagning. Nytt väderbitna trägolv i hela golvet betyder ingen otäck matta. Panama City Beach Family Vacation

The condo was nicely decorated. We were short one wrist band for the pool and notified the manager as soon as we realized. Everything was as described. We had plenty of room. I would recommend renting this unit. The only issue that we had was a couple of the outlets did not seem to be working so we just switched to another one. We had a beautiful view of the pool and beach.

Enjoyed this condo!

Trina was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive to all texts. Were able to check in early. Few things (door knob, fridge shelf’s could used fixed) but nice condo. Recommend this property and would stay again!

Great condo and amenities!

We had a great week in PCB for a dance competition! The condo worked great for two small families due to the two master bedrooms with private baths. The main pool was great for our young girls and all of their dance friends. The full-service restaurant had good food and a full menu of frozen drinks. Trina was very responsive and even facilitated an early check-in when we arrived ahead of schedule.

Nice place but needs some deeper cleaning

Great location, great amenities, and nice place but needs some deeper cleaning. Had mold in one of the bathroom showers and the place was sandy when we arrived. A quick vacuum handled most of it. Fridge could use a good wiping down as well. Host responded quickly and assisted well. Overall we liked the room and resort, but just felt a little dirty in the room.

SPRING BREAK 2024

We got in a day early to Panama and were able to check in. Which was very helpful for us instead of getting a hotel for the night. Trina was very helpful with everything and communication was spot on. We enjoyed our condo with family. A lot to do in area. The food at the resort restaurant was delicious, as well.

Great stay at Edgewater

My family has been staying at Edgewater for 30 years. We love the amenities and location. Trina’s condo is nicely updated and was a perfect size for our group of 5 adults and one toddler. The keypad entry is really nice so you don’t have to keep up with a key. The only issue we had is we didn’t know the code to access the pool from the beach (this is new since our visit last year). Another guest told us how to get in. We will keep this info as a possible rental for next year’s trip.

Edgewater Beach condo

This condo was a great place for our family to stay for the week. It was very comfy and the property is so convenient to the beach and the various pools. There are kids movies at night by the big pool and karaoke too! The food from the Oceans Bar & Grill on site was great too!

Great location to anything you need and you couldn’t ask for a better view. The condo had everything we needed and the owner was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend.

Great View

Condo was nice a few things needed fixed. I reached out to the owner and got a quick response. 2nd master bedroom still needs ceiling fixed and the shower is tiny. Paint is peeling in the 1st master bath too. Loved the tiled floors made easy to sweep quick. Elevators had issues a few times but seemed to get fixed quickly! View was amazing! We could see down to the pool under us which was great to check in on our older teens. We would stay here again!

Relaxing Vacation Spot

This condo was perfect for our family! It was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The pools were well kept and access to the beach was amazing. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. I definitely recommend this condo! We look forward to returning again in the future.

Thanksgiving in Panama City

The stay was enjoyable, there is repair needed to the ceiling in one of the bedrooms that has a king size bed and also repair is needed to the plaster on the wall to the shower in that bedroom. We did not feel comfortable in using that shower

Beautiful condo right on the beach!

We stayed at the condo in October and were overall very happy with our trip. The condo itself was just as described and you can’t beat the views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which was especially nice since we traveled with a 4 year old and 6 month old. Unit also included washer and dryer which came in very handy with the baby. There was plenty of room for my whole family of 8. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the master bedroom overlooked the ocean. It was gorgeous. Unfortunately during the time we went, the red tide was awful so we couldn’t enjoy the beach, but one day. They were also doing construction on the beach for 5 out of the 7 days so we were listening to tractors at 3 in the morning. The good thing is that they only do beach expansion work every few years, so we were told so we just happened to be the lucky ones to go during that time :). This had no reflection at all on the condo, however. We enjoyed most of the days at the pool where they also have a nice restaurant that serves great food. Our vacation also included an ER visit for our little one and everyone at the local ER was amazing. Despite that, we all had a great trip full of wonderful memories. I also want to note that all my communication with Trina was great and she was VERY responsive to all my questions. If we were to go back to PCB, we’d definitely stay at her condo again!!!
