Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with modern stylish appliances
combination Keurig pod/pot coffee, all the small gadgets.

Dining Area: Beautiful table with upholstered chairs, opens to living room and kitchen.  

Baths: Two
Bathroom 1: Rain shower, handheld shower, marble and tile floors.
Bathroom 2: Stylish glass enclosed shower, tile floors.

Access:
A beautiful spiral staircase leads to the second-floor apartment which might
make this unit unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. An electronic hoist is available to lift suitcases and bags to the second floor.

- Access to The Wonderer, an exclusive adult-only resort downtown Charleston 2.6 miles away
from Saint Philip Square (guests 25+ only; no one under 21 permitted at the pool).
- Olympic-sized heated pool (cabana rentals available).

House Rules:
- No parties or events without written approval
- No amplified music.
- No smoking inside.
- Pets allowed with prior written approval ($200 non-refundable fee)
- Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM – Be respectful of neighbors.
- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
- Any decorations must be secured using painter’s tape only to avoid damage to walls.
- Guests must follow trash disposal instructions provided by the host.
- Please return all items and furniture to their original locations.
- The Wonderer access must be booked in advance – no refunds for availability issues.
