Welcome to DewBea House! Clean, comfy and convenient oceanfront condo in the heart of Dewey Beach on Saulsbury Street! Located on the 2nd floor of this quaint 6-unit oceanfront condo building offering fantastic ocean views and just a 2 minute walk to Dewey's best nightlife and dining spots!
The decor is coastal themed and light and bright! Offering 3 bedrooms (all with TV’s) - 1 Queen, 1 Queen and 1 with pyramid bunk (twin top/Full bottom), 2 full baths - one with tub and handheld showerhead capability, fully stocked Granite kitchen with a Keurig and drip coffee makers, stainless steel appliances - electric range/oven, dishwasher and full sized fridge. All cleaning, laundry and dish soaps as well as paper products provided. Fulll sized washer and dryer in unit.
Living room opens to the screened in deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy fantastic views and listen to the ocean waves from the living, dining room & (my favorite) the screened in deck. We are dog friendly, provide 2 parking spaces, full sized washer & dryer and hi-speed wifi. Hardwood floors & character throughout. Our location can't be beat!

Awesome location with ocean view from screened porch. Lots of beach equipment for us to use. Very close to restaurants and bars in Dewey with just a short run or drive from Rehoboth. Great experience and we will come back!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was super cute, cozy, and literally right on the beach, the views and convenience were amazing. You can tell the host truly thought of everything, from the thoughtful details throughout the space to all the little extras that made our stay so comfortable. Everything was clean, relaxing, and had such a welcoming vibe. The host Jenny was also incredibly nice and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Waking up steps from the ocean was the perfect getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Location, location, location just steps from the beach with great beach view from screened porch. Very sweet beachy vibe throughout this roomy second floor apartment. The stairs were easy. The place was quite comfortable. Dog friendly place on dog friendly Dewey beach. The owner went beyond to provide supplies. Lots of extras. We like to cook in and the kitchen was well appointed for that. The beds were comfy, the children’s room was perfect. We would love to come back again.

Close to the beach

Our family had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place. We all enjoyed the screened in porch with a view of the ocean, comfortable beds super cute decorating and everything you need to enjoy your time here. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful host & location

This is the second summer in a row I stayed in Jennifer’s condo and it’s perfect for a summer beach weekend! She’s great with communication and the property is in an amazing location.

Great Place to Stay with Children and Dogs

We had a great stay in Dewey! You can't beat how close you are to the beach and it was very convenient. This place was great for us since we have children and a dog. Jenny was very friendly and the property was clean and nice. We would stay here again!

Short family vacay

This condo was perfect for our short family vacation. Location was ideal… just a few steps to the ocean and within walking distance to restaurants. Condo included all the necessities, was very clean and was nicely decorated. Even our two dogs loved it!!

Family beach vacation

The condo was quaint and within walking distance of restaurants and biking distance to Rehoboth and Lewes.Very close to the beach....enough to hear the waves at night. Neighborhood is very nice for evening walks with the dog. Weather was gorgeous for that time of year. We would visit again.
