Rehoboth by the Sea Oceanfront Paradise!

Vårt två våningar radhus vid havet ger omedelbar tillgång till Delawares premiärfamiljstrand och privata strandsamhälle. Gå direkt ut från vårt hem på den orörda, inbjudande stranden! Med bara 36 bostäder har stranden alltid utrymme att sprida sig och koppla av. Simma, paddla ombord, cykla eller solbad ... minnen från "Fundadore" kommer att dröja under en livstid.

Vårt hem i Seastrand Community har central luft, värme, takfläktar, en utomhusdusch, solstolar, parasoller, olika leksaker till stranden och tre parkeringsplatser. Den sover sex och har två kompletta badrum samt ett halvt badrum. Strandpromenaden som leder till den charmiga staden Rehoboth är bara en tre kvarter promenad från gatan eller stranden. Gemenskapen är privat och tillåter inte tillgång till stranden för allmänheten.

Rehoboth är en av de mest eftertraktade strandsamhällena att hyra ett hus på Delaware-stranden. Walking är en behandling, men Jolly Trolly tar dig och din familj och vänner till stan för att undvika höga parkeringstider. De närliggande Tanger-butikerna erbjuder en mängd olika butiker och erbjudanden. Fifers Farm Market ligger också gångavstånd från vårt hem vid havet.

Det finns en gammaldags strandpromenad i stan med många restauranger och butiker. Våra barn växte upp och gick till "Funland" där de älskade spel och åkattraktioner - precis vid stranden. Helgkvällskonserter i Gazebo följs bäst upp av en stor glasskon på promenad. Njut av avkopplingen på en vistelse i vårt hem vid havet!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful ocean views from the master bedroom, living room, and even from the kitchen sink. I actually enjoyed doing the dishes. :) Just a short walk over the dunes to the beach, where we sat and read. Lovely.

The Seastrand is a lovely little community tucked between Dewey and Rehoboth – close to both but far from the boardwalk crowds. The beach is quite and lovely, with healthy dunes and well-maintained access paths. The house was clean and well-equipped, including extras like soap, shampoo/conditioner and kitchen products that other owners sometimes skimp on. It is well-outfited for beach time, with numerous chairs and umbrellas. Beds are comfortable, and there are books and games for guest use. The bathrooms are small (true throughout the community) but functional and with good showerheads. Kitchen has everything you can need . But the views are the major draw - incredible setting. Thanks to Janet for her quick responses and kindness.

Great location in Dewey Beach! We loved our stay in this well-loved well worn beach bungalow. We enjoyed spending most of our time on the uncrowded beach just steps from the deck. Check in was easy. Owner provided clear instructions.

Owner reached out with details about the house and check, and the check in was super easy. Message from owner was very well organized, letting us know what she supplied and what we needed to bring. She was very nice and responsive. House was clean and well stocked, and in a great location. Ocean front in walking distance to both downtown Rehoboth and downtown Dewey.

Wonderfully comfortable stay, right on the beach in Delaware! The property is right on the Dewey/Rehoboth border in a nice, quiet row of houses. The beach in front was never that crowded and we walked to the Rehoboth Boardwalk (very close by) each evening for dinner and so my kids could enjoy Funtown. The property itself has just about everything you need - comfortable beds, nicely updated bathroom off the main bedroom, trash bags and dish detergent in the kitchen, etc.. I like to read at night and the bedside lamps (unlike most other beach accommodations!!) were bright and welcoming. We made good use of the screened porch, the deck and the outdoor shower. Just an all around comfortable stay and we really enjoyed ourselves. Owner was helpful and unobtrusive. Highly recommend.

Great location nicely equipped

Great spot on a quieter stretch of Dewey Beach. Listing is exactly as advertised and is very nicely equipped—beach chairs, umbrellas and a great screened in porch and deck. Location is terrific—short trip to Rehoboth and Dewey. Easy to recommend.

A wonderful beach weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Janet’s beach house! It’s such a great location with it being right off the beach. The “mini-beach” (i.e., the sand area right off the porch before the dunes) is perfect for the little kids. The house was perfect for our needs, with the kids in the back room and the parents in the front room. We would most definitely return!

October 2024 getaway

Loved it as usual. I might offer two suggestions: 1) cleaners should clean the bathrooms and kitchen better - kitchen floor and counter were not 100% clean and the master bathroom floor was a bit dirty and 2) the carpet from master bathroom and middle bathroom on the second floor seems really dirty this year. Otherwise we had a wonderful time. The grill worked terrifically. The appliances were all functioning correctly. the new deck chairs are smart! We will be back next year or the year after depending on our schedules. We really enjoy the location along with the character and feel of the place. Sincerely, Rick and Nancy

Beach Vacation

If you want a secluded vacation at the beach, this is the most perfect accommodation I can recommend. My family was very happy. My five year old granddaughter thought it was "wonderful"! I agree. Janet was easy to deal with. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Location, location, location!

The description of this property is spot on - the location on a quiet part of the beach, basically between Dewey and Rehoboth was awesome! The condo is really just steps from the beach, and you have a fantastic view from the master bedroom. Its a comfortable size for a small group - there were just three of us on this trip, but it can handle a few more. The screened in porch was great for dinners with the sound of the ocean right there. Comfortable living room and a new TV with all the streaming apps available (at least all the ones we needed). And the property manager/owner couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. Had a question or two about the property and she got right back to us - great service! Its a short walk to Dewey beach to the south, and about 1/4 mile to the start of the Rehoboth boardwalk to the North. On the beach, it was never crowded, and we were there at peak August timing. Would stay here again.

Great property and location

We had a terrific time. Right on the beach. Roughly a 10-minute walk to Poodle Beach and not too far from downtown. Well-equipped with chairs and umbrellas. We enjoyed the porch and living room. Easy check-in.

Beautiful location and well equipped

You cannot beat the location: relatively close to the shops and restaurants in Rehoboth but still quiet and peaceful on the beach. My husband, infant son, and I had tons of space to relax. The decor and furnishings are overall quite dated but everything is in good condition. The host was always quick to answer questions.

Girl’s weekend
