Nice House

Overall house was nice. Upon arrival we realized the AC in game room did not work which made it hard for the kids to play in there due to extreme heat. We contacted host and they said they were just informed it was not working. Although no one came to fix it just offered fans. Then the hot tub was not working properly and pool was not heated as in description. There were also no instructions on how to use anything we had to keep contacting host. There was confusion on the grill we had asked for it to be added but I guess there was communication error and we did not have access to it. Overall stay was nice. The area was nice. The clubhouse was nice. If we rent again I will ask more questions upon arrival. The host was always nice and responded quickly.

Awesome stay!!!

We stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved it!!! Will definitely stay here again if we come to this area!!! Our 4 year old didn’t want to leave her Willy Wonka room to return home!!!!

Beautiful

We really enjoyed ourselves at this house. The house is quite spacious with lots of storage and a lot to do. There are plenty bathrooms, almost one for each bedroom. My kids (2 and 6) both LOVED the slide in the Willy Wonka room. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was perfect. The gameroom was a lot of fun. The onsite resort was awesome! Just a few things- the carpet upstairs is pretty old and the rug in the downstairs living room was folded up on one side and everyone kept tripping over it so we moved the couch over a bit. But everything else was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

The Championsgate community is gated and the two pool clubs Oasis and Retreat were great for kids and parents alike.The rules in the neighborhood are presumably HOA derived and are particular We accidentally left a pizza box sitting
