Gulfgate 508 - PET FRIENDLY! Beautifully Remodeled Beach Front 1 Bedroom Condo! FULL REMODEL completed Summer 2024!

Gulfgate 508 is a very large & charming one bedroom condo right on the Gulf! There is a KING bed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The newly remodeled Bathroom is generous in size with a NEW custom tile shower! The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances in 2024. Also, there is a NEW stackable washer and dryer inside in the condo. Enjoy a million dollar view of the BEACH and GULF from the perfect spot to relax, read a book, and watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

The BEST feature is the unobstructed view of the beach and Gulf. Enjoy your vacation in style! You can see for miles down the beach in either direction. Located on the East end (quiet/family side) of Panama City Beach, Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to offer; restaurants, ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate enjoy FREE Internet/WiFi, FREE parking, private beach access, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, and a nice grilling area!

Gulfgate is one of the few beach front PET FRIENDLY properties in PCB! Gulfgate allows 2 pets per condo. Pets must be approved at the time of booking. Pets weighing 50lbs or under are allowed. Pet fee for small dogs is $150 Larger dogs are $200. The second dog is $50. You can even take your dog to the beach at the dedicated dog beach by Russell-Fields City Pier, just a quick 15 min drive from Gulfgate!

Gulfgate has dedicated Anchor Management staff located on-site that are more than happy to help you and your family have a fun, relaxing, memorable beach vacation!

VRBO stay at Gulfgate 508

The location and condo was just what we wanted. Beautiful view of the Gulf and beach from our balcony. Not a new updated unit but was very clean and was just right for our 5 day stay. The only negative I could come up with is that it did not have adaquate pet grass area. Overall a condo that I would reccomend and would come back to in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Floors/rugs so dirty we had to keep shoes on or our feet turned black, washing machine only spun if you held pressure on lid to latch it, dryer vent not hooked up, had to clean bathtub before using. Couches appeared dirty. Outdated. We said we would never stay there again, but others on the beach had said their rooms were updated and nice. We had planned to talk to Donna, but the office had already closed. After that, we just decided to deal with it and try to enjoy the stay. Wonderful location, quiet side of beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was the best of the units we have stayed at! Perfect for the 2 of us. Clean, plenty of dishes/pans for what you might need. The only thing I would change is take out extra stuff in the closet to hang clothes and put away suitcase. We made it work so it wasn't a big deal. Would LOVE to stay here again, possibly for a longer stay!
