Updated message from the Resort HOA about offseason work to the balconies. Our balcony was worked on this past off-season and will not be worked on this offseason. Any questions please feel free to reach out:

The HOA met this morning with the contractors that are repairing and waterproofing the balconies, and it has been decided that they will begin setting up their equipment on Tuesday, September 2.

The plan is to begin on the 15 stack, all units ending in 15, except for the 16th floor. The contractor will have 2 crews to initially begin the pressure washing and grinding. One of the crews will be on the front, the other on the side of each balcony. A third crew will come into to do the finishing once the first 2 crews are done with the stack. They will move north to stack 14, 12 etc.

This will allow the outdoor pools to remain open at least till mid-October, possibly longer.

STARTER PACK:

The bathrooms includes 2 rolls of toilet paper, while the kitchen is stocked with a roll of paper towels, garbage bags, a dish sponge, dish detergent, and a few dishwasher pods. Laundry area is provided with laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Each guests receives a bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth.

Royal Garden Resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pools, corn hole, Tiki bar, charcoal grills, free Wi-Fi, vending machines and 24 hour security.

*No smoking inside property, evidence of smoking in property, you will be charged*

**Renter agreement will need to be signed and completed**

You are allowed two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability.

Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.

No motorcycles, RVs, trailers allowed in garage .

2 passes will be available when you enter the unit. Indoor pool code will be sent to you.
