Maui Vista 2413 is a two-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offering amenities like air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, and a private lanai. Located on the fourth floor, this spacious unit accommodates up to 7 guests, featuring a California King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen and Twin bed in the guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a bright, airy living space adorned with Hawaiian-inspired decor, a large flat-screen TV, and a window A/C unit.

On the main floor, the serene master bedroom offers a California King bed and a window A/C unit for added comfort. Just down the hall, the main bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the spacious guest bedroom features a Queen-size bed and a Twin-size bed. The ensuite guest bathroom boasts a walk-in shower. For added convenience, a stackable washer/dryer is available in the unit. Relax on the private covered lanai, where you can enjoy tropical treetop views while dining at the table for two. The fully-equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, a Keurig coffee machine, and granite countertops. An indoor dining table for four is also provided for meals in the comfort of your home away from home.

At Maui Vista Resort, guests can enjoy 3 refreshing pools, tennis courts, and professional-grade gas BBQs, all with no resort fees. The spacious 8.8-acre complex offers complimentary parking, with each building featuring its own pool, elevators, and tennis courts. Our family loved the space . The master bedroom bed was so comfortable. Great sleep !

Would stay here again. Our family loved our stay. Nice to cook our own food and BBQ in well equipped kitchen.

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It was the perfect size for our family. A little back from the main street which was great for us (quiet). We walked into town for a great breakfast. Only stayed one night this time due to other plans but we hope to be back and stay for longer.

Great location and access to everything!

Very nice condo close to a fantastic beach, shopping, restaurants and everything we wanted for family activities on Maui. Great pool & beautiful grounds, free and ample parking, simple check in and nice to have a flexible check out time. Many items provided for the beach and to make the condo our home away from home. Excellent communication by the owners, they are very motivated to make sure renters have a 5-star stay.

Hawaii Maui vacation

Great location to probably the best beach in Maui. Owners aimed to please. Condo had all that you would have at home. Beds were super comfortable . Ocean view in the morning off the balcony. Best vacation ever!

Perfect location

Perfect spot. 2 minute walk to the beach with turtles swimming at your feet. 5 minute walk to the markets and food. Within 60 miles of all the touristy stuff. Had everything for 3 adults and 4 kids. Sorry if we wore out your boogie boards😉

Best home away from home in paradise

Outstanding stay in George's premium condo directly across from our favorite beach in Kihei. Condo was so well stocked we couldn't have thought of a single item more that we would need. The facilities were fantastic and easily accessible. We enjoyed watching the sunsets and the incredibly short walk to the sand. With a large balcony we also enjoyed the ocean view and warm sweet island air during breakfasts and dinners outdoors.

This is a nice property within a short walk to the ocean and several restaurants. We especially appreciated the amenities left in the apartment. Supplies in the kitchen so we did not need to buy typical cooking supplies. Beach chairs, games, etc.

Condo with great location

We spent a week in Maui and could not have asked for a better location. Walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. The owners were very interactive and provided tips and any assistance we needed. Condo was clean and well equipped for the beach outings. We did a tour of Hana and our guide agreed that Kihei is one of the best locations to stay on the island. We had a great week and plan to go back to Hawaii. If we choose Maui again, this location will be our first choice. Thank you Shawn and George for having us!

Great for families with teenagers or little ones.

If you have a rental car you can access a lot of different beaches in less than 10 or 15 minutes. Close to an abundance of eateries. We loved that the apartment had beach accessories for older kids. There’s a lot of things for younger kids also. We liked that it slept 5 without having to use the hide-a-bed. There were additional things we forgot like sunblock and shampoo. Kitchen was fully stocked and check-in was easy.

Excellent location and Amazing Host

You can’t beat the location and amenities of this condo. It has everything from the fourth floor peekaboo view of the ocean, to being right across the street from Charley Young Beach, to the many restaurants and stores all within walking distance plus it has every amenity you might need. What makes it really great though is the attentiveness of George. He was by far the most accessible host we’ve ever had. He connected with us before, during and after our trip. Excellent choice.

Awesome time in Kihei

We really had a awesome time in Kihei. The apartment was big enough for us 6. 3 people upstairs in the loft with extra bath (wonderful), 1 at the couch in the living room and 2 in the bedroom. We had everything we need to cook and nice things for the beach. The location is really good for everything: sightseeing, shopping and beach. The check in/out was really easy and to communicate with George was easy and nice, too. .We definitive can recommend this apartment. Thank you George! Monika and family

Perfect Sunset!

This is our 2nd time staying at this updated, and quiet condo. What is great about this family friendly condo is, it's across the street from Charley Young Beach. One block north of the Maui famous Kihei Caffe for the best breakfast experience. This top floor unit is set back and quiet from all street noise. The birds in the monkey pod trees greet you with song every morning while you are having coffee. This condo is fully stocked for a family of seven, Updated, clean, spacious and a great value. Our family highly recommends this condo at Maui Vista.

Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your home! We had a fabulous time and could not want for anything! We were so close to everything. The only thing I would warn others of is to make reservations to any and all eating-out adventures. Our favorite was Ohana Bar and Grill! Thank you for keeping us informed, George. We just got back from Maui and had a great time. I was very impressed with the owners response time. They truly want you to have a good time at their place. It was my first time booking a rental and George was a new owner, but he made me feel confident in the process. The property is located in a great area with the beach right across the road. I was very happy to see all the beach supplies he has from chairs, coolers , masks, flippers, etc. It was our first time in Maui and I am glad we booked here. George has a welcome book that has recommended places to see and things to do. I can’t say enough about George getting back to you on any issues, very helpful!

GREAT LOCATION, CONDO, & HOST!!!

Our stay was very short but George went above and beyond expectations. Definitely read through George’s guide book for all his favorite stops and things to do, it was a huge help! The condo is within walking distance to beaches, bars, restaurants, anything you need! Condo is great, plenty of room, clean, and stocked with anything and everything you’ll need for your trip (beach chairs, snorkel gear, tennis rackets, coolers, toiletries, fluffy towels). Maui Vista’s grounds, where the property is located, are immaculate. Multiple pools, tennis courts, and plenty of parking! George, the property owner, was outstanding. From the moment we booked the condo, he kept in constant contact with us always making sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. If I ever get the opportunity to make my way back to Maui, I would definitely make my way back to George’s place! Mahalo nui loa.

Location is everything.

Wow, just wow! Location and relaxation while on vacation is everything. Easy and direct access to Charley Young / Kam One Beach. Very walkable area to a variety of restaurants, food trucks, shopping and other beaches. This condo is furnished for vacationing families or couples. A fully stocked updated kitchen, new beds, new sleeper sofa, just a great updated condo that sleeps up to 7 people. The condo location is very quiet and set back from the main road so coffee and hearing topical songbirds in the morning on the lanai is what vacationing is all about. Since you are on the top floor you have a tree top view of Maalaea Bay and the best sunset in the world. My Perfect Stays really took care of us with the communication and travel support before and during our stay. We will be coming back to Maui Vista 2413 because it is all about the location in Maui, MPS quality to cleanliness and service. This condo made you feel at home while on vacation.

This place has everything!!

This is truly a gem to be visited again! George and Shawn were amazing throughout the whole experience, from reaching out on what to expect and plan for, helpful in that we were able to check in early, and offering lots of tips and advice when asked. The toilet broke while we were here and George was on the phone ASAP getting a plumber in to get it fixed right away. Seriously, best experience ever! The location is AMAZING, this was our first trip to Maui, so we weren’t really sure where to stay, and we truly lucked out with this one. A short walk down and across the Main Street to the beach, which was by far our kids favorite beach. Fantastic food, shave ice, ABC Store and Foodland all within walking distance. We stayed here with 3 little kids (ages 6-10) and the setup was so ideal. AC, washer and dryer all in condo, plus all the beach accessories you could think of. I used the grill one evening and was amazed that even the grills were both spotless and scraped clean. Our favorite experience was eating breakfast on the lanai every morning. We will be staying here again, even without the kids when my husband and I come back alone, the location and price just can’t be beat!!
