Atocha is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home sleeping 13 in the popular Sandy Beach subdivision. This beauty features beach views from all angles, with windows brightening up the entire living area! You'll love the partially covered, furnished deck for relaxing, while watching the waves crash along the shoreline. You are just moments away from the beach by golf cart, vehicle, or on foot.

Open to the beautifully furnished living area with smart TV, there is a fully stocked kitchen - including Keurig coffee maker, blender and crockpot. For dining, the farm house table seats 10 and the island seats 6. For your convenience, you'll find an ironing board and full size washer and dryer in the laundry room, and even a Pac-N-Play for the kids.

The primary bedroom features a king bed with a gorgeous ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed and two full size beds. Bedroom three offers two queen beds and two full size beds. There are smart TVs in every bedroom, and high speed internet for your devices.

In addition to the upstairs deck, the downstairs area has room for entertaining. You'll find a palapa tiki bar, charcoal grill, and a running sink. The outdoor shower and foot wash are a great amenity when it is time to rinse off your day at the beach. Once you visit Atocha, you will want to come back again and again!

No pets are allowed. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Never have I ever

So first you have to pay extra for sheets pillow cases and towels for this place. I don’t carry around bedding for all different size beds and especially that many on vacation, but they had no hand soap , no dishwasher pods, half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. No trash bags but they expect you to wash the dishes, most places I have stayed at offer all of this especially hand soap and towels plus bedding. Then when we went and bought all this the dishwasher did not work , the fan in one of the rooms didn’t work the light kept coming on through the night. Freezer didn’t even freeze the ice cream. Very pretty place but for what I pay I expect a little more .

The home is in a great location — just a short walk to the beach. We loved the spacious kitchen with a large pantry, the ample parking, and the upper and lower patios for relaxing. The outdoor shower and foot wash area were also very convenient for rinsing off after the beach.However, there were several drawbacks. A strong cigarette odor was present throughout the home from the moment we arrived. The freezer didn’t work properly — our ice cream melted overnight — and the dryer required multiple cycles to dry laundry. Linens and towels are not provided (be sure to read the listing carefully), and we had to rewash our laundry at home due to the lingering smell.Cleanliness was a concern: mattress covers and blankets were stained and musty. The listing stated there were double beds, but they were actually twins. Supplies were very limited — no hand soap in bathrooms and only one roll each of toilet paper, paper towels, and a single trash bag. Also, there was no access to the garage to store beach gear.Overall, while the location and layout were great, the home needs a deep clean, updated amenities, and more accurate listing details.

Sheets cost extra!!!!

Have to read details in full to see bed sheets and towels are an adder. We didn’t want to pay 100 extra for sheets and towels, brought our own. The location and space is excellent. Lots of beds! Overall the cabin was clean. Some of the bed blankets were sweat stained and smelled musty. Lots of bathroom space. Two of the showers didn’t control water temp, going hot to cold to hot to cold whole time. Having a full kitchen was nice. Lots of kitchen space. The freezer did not work properly. Took almost 36 hours to freeze 3 of the 12 water bottles we put in there. Frozen goods would have defrosted. Proximity to beach was superb. We happen to go during seaweed season (Late April). Beach not clean at all during this time. Kids appreciated the WiFi and cable!

I will be more careful in the future when i book because the whole linen situation with this property was a nightmare. Not only did they cost us an ADDITIONAL 150.00 but we had to wait for them to be delivered, put them on ourselves, and strip the beds before we left and put all the linens by door along with cleaning up before we left. The bath mats and floors were disgusting and the property is at BEST poorly maintained. Beautiful house that i feel is going to waste when it comes to whomever is doing a half ass job with taking care of it.

Second Time to Stay Here

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this property and location. It was our second time this year to stay here. However, we encountered a couple of issues this stay. There was no water when we arrived. We contacted the property management office and they sent someone to turn on the water. We also had issues with the freezer part of the refrigerator. The children with us wanted ice cream and it never re-froze. When the management office was contacted, they offered to bring a cooler with ice. We were disappointed as we have rented from Swede's for over 20 years and they are usually more attentive.

Great long weekend at the beach!

Wonderful time!

There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and also a futon if needed. It was very clean and comfortable. It is so close to the beach that we walked most of time. We would definitely stay here again!
