Enjoy morning coffee, lunch, sunbathing, or a cool beverage on the large deck; and when you are ready to get some sand between your toes, the community walkover to the beach offers quick access.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage was in great location and beautiful views of the ocean but always-take the key to the door with you even out onto deck or you maybe locked out ,hair trigger lock easy to hit. I carried the key around my neck after first lockout the first night. Couldn't get to papers for emergency number, take pictures of contract w/after hours number and keep phone on you as well. The fridge had food on handle and on the fridge. Found dead bugs in some dishes and spider webbs under kitchen cabinet, rest of home was pretty clean. I do not feel its thoroughly cleaned after each guest. No comfy wraps for living room to watch t.v. Or set out on deck at night. No direct access to beach, which is inconvenient. The people lock their walkways over the vegetation but it is their property. You have to drive a dune buggy several streets down to have access to the beach or drive it all the way around through the neighborhood to get to an access on either side which is inconvenient also. We did enjoy sitting on deck and listening to the waves come in and out. I am older adult but they would not let me have access to the elevator which was on the side of the deck, needless to say I didn't go down very often.

Great house, great location

This property was just as advertised. Beautiful Home right in the heart of crystal beach. The women at Cobb realty were absolutely amazing and very accommodating. We will definitely rent this property again. It was a great week.

The home was clean except for an old French fry in the bottom of the oven. The microwave has rust spots inside it, and should be replaced. There were a few nails on the upper deck floor that were protruding.

July Vacation - great view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was okay. All rooms need new pillows - the ones provided were all stained and did not have pillow protectors. We doubled up on the pillow cases. The quilts and mattress protectors on the beds looked like they could use a good washing. Closet space for clothing was very limited. Faucet in guest bedroom is too big for the sink. Pictures show a walkway to beach right in front of house - that belongs to the neighbors and is locked and not accessible. Beach access is actually three houses down. Beach was VERY busy and lots of cars were driving up and down the beach with foul language on flags - not family friendly. Would be better if cars were not allowed on the beach. Great view and overall cleanliness of home was good...just couldn't get past the dirty pillows. Easy fixes....hope owner makes them.
