Enhetens unika egenskaper är dess centrala läge inom komplexet och det faktum att det är en bottenvåningsenhet. Detta ger enkel åtkomst till poolen, grillen och
vägen till stranden (som är ett kvarter bort) och hjälper till att lossa matvaror, ladda och lossa bagage och saker för dagsutflykter runt ön.

BEKVÄMLIGHET
En skärmdörr, ett uppgraderat fönster i sovrummet och en altandörr, som alla är låsbara, ger en sval bris som håller enheten bekväm det mesta av tiden. Det finns en luftkonditionering i vardagsrummet och takfläktar i köket, vardagsrummet och sovrummet för att komplettera brisen.

TRÄDGÅRDSUTSIKT
Den mycket privata lanai har en trädgårdsutsikt som består av plumeria träd, en blommande häck och ett angränsande fält fylld med ett överflöd av grön löv.

STOR EN SOVRUMENHET
   Vi har hyrt enheter i Kihei Alii Kai många gånger och älskar storleken på enheterna (700 kvadratmeter i ett sovrum plus en 150 kvadratmeter lanai). Vi har tittat på enheter i många av de omgivande fastigheterna och ingen kan jämföra.

VÄL MÖBLERAD - NICELY TILLGÄNGD
   Det fullt utrustade köket är ett nöje att arbeta i. Det har uppgraderats med lönnskåp, granitbänkar och nya golv. Ett nyrenoverat badrum med badkar och dusch är en skönhet. Den smidiga kaminen har en självrensande ugn och mikrovågsugnen är över kaminen. 2015 och 2016 såg vi på nytt på väggarna, måla om vardagsrummet, köket och hallarna, installera ny matta i vardagsrummet och sovrummet, byt ut gardiner, diskmaskin och luftkonditionering.
Sov i lyxen av en queen-size Simmons Beautyrest madrass med bäddmadrass i sovrummet och en ny bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet som har en queen-size deluxe fjäderfylld madrass med en örngott.
Möbler har uppgraderats med ny bäddsoffa i queen-size, tillfälliga stolar, matsvit och sovrumsvit. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek gör det möjligt att byta färska kläder i ett svett tropiskt klimat
    Den vackert kaklade Lanai (veranda) har en schäslong och ett bord och stolar och vetter mot en gräsmatta med ett plumeria träd.
Strandhanddukar, solstolar, ett parasoll och en svalare finns.
Långdistanssamtal till Kanada och USA är gratis liksom Wi-Fi-internetuppkopplingen.

FÅR RUNDT MAUI
Medan biluthyrning ger besökarna lyxen att turnera ön i din lugn, kan det vara dyrt. Om du föredrar ett alternativt transportmedel, kan vi rekommendera Maui-bussen. This unit is very centrally located in Kihei. Access to the beach is just a short walk away and there are many restaurants around to choose from. This is my second time staying in this unit and I would do it again. Brad is very quick to communicate with you if needed. Highly rated.

Tropical Getaway

Great location for walking to shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The condo has very spacious living areas and Lanai. Included all the beach activities so we didn’t have to rent—snorkel, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. The hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating. Pool and spa area was great as well! We loved this beautiful Hawaiian condo!

Perfect stay near the beach

quick stroll to the beach

Well kept property with beautiful flowers and trees. Comfy condo with full kitchen supplies. As described. The condo does have lots of labels and instructions as mentioned by other guests. It was so nice to have an easy walk down to the beach and to the shops. Kehei is a busy little town, but the condo is tucked away in a quiet corner with a beautiful and private sitting area.

Has everything you could need and more. Perfect distance to walk places nearby and drive to cool spots. Owners made everything super easy to navigate with getting keys and where to park. Definitely one of the best places you could stay on the island. Thank you for everything!

Spring Vacation

Excellent location right next to a wonderful beach. Some lovely shops nearby and a great place for the evening with live music. The property had great toys for the beach and ice packs which were very handy.

Maui Stay

Very clean and well maintained with all the amenities you need. Very close to beach and coffee shops, stores and eating establishments. This was our second stay and many upgrades had been completed since our last stay. Highly recommend this unit.

Overall, the condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed for our stay. The building, like most on Maui, has seen better days, but it's well-maintained. Some things are a bit dated, but everything was functional and the furniture, etc, in the unit itself was clean and comfortable. It was located just up the hill from the beach, a small park, and the main street with shops and restaurants. Great location! I would certainly stay at this condo again on another trip to Maui.

Nice and quiet place

My bf and I enjoyed our stay at Brad's place. It is very spacious, clean, and well stocked. There are also beach chairs, boogie boards for use which was great. It is walking distance to the beach, and close to nearby shops/restaurants. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely book it again next time we visit Maui. Thank you Brad!

Canadian tourists

I am happy to recommend this property; it is clean and well-maintained and supplied with all the necessities for comfort and a great vacation. The lanai is very private and makes for a great resting and/or dining spot. The location is excellent to beaches, restaurants and highway and the unit is in a great spot within the property close to pool and barbeques. The owners are very approachable and open to feedback from guests!

Great location and huge space.

The location of this condo was perfect. So close to the beach and shops and restaurants. The property is really nice and having easy parking and laundry was amazing. Brad was great with communication leading up to the trip. I recommend this VRBO. They only thing for us was the carpets felt a little dirty and the knifes and pots and pans could be upgraded. Excellent value.

South Kihei

The check in process was very simple and the host provided extra keys to prevent being locked out. A great location with access to many shops and restaurants were a short walking distance including beach access. It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen but could use some washable table napkins. Otherwise, there were plenty of linens. I did not use the pool or bbq area so I cannot comment but heard from locals it is very nice.

The location is fantastic for getting around. Walking distance to the beach and so.e shopping. Really no view at all from the condo. The condo felt a little dated. My only complaints were the air conditioning could only be set to run for 1 hour. We got in let and it was really hot so had to wait to go to sleep. Then woke up sweating and had to get up and turn the air back on. Getting luggage to the condo from the parking area isn't easy either. The best thing is location and price.

Great Location

The condo was very clean with many upgrades and furnishings and well stocked with everything we needed. It was also so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It felt like home away for home. We didn't need to use the air conditioner because there was a perfect breeze from the front door to the patio. Also, there were lots of celing fans for comfort. The owners were great to deal with and very thorough with instructions etc. Free telephone service to Canada and the U.S.A. were certainly appreciated. We hope to return to Maui and would definitely stay here again. Mahalo Brad, Rod and Lois for allowing us to be a guest in your home.

Great Location!

The property was beautiful, near the beach and in walking distance of many nice restaurants. The condo was very clean and easy to get into. The pull out bed isn't the most comfortable if you will be using it for a long time, but the main bed in the master was comfortable. Check-in was easy and the owners gave us very detailed instructions before hand on how to get to the property and get into the condo. It did take us 2 days to get the parking permit, however that was primarily due to some staffing changes at the condo and nothing to do with the owner. Coming from a colder climate, I would have liked an A/C unit we could run to cool the place better at night, it stays very warm in the bedroom.

Great, clean little condo in Kihei!

We loved this condo. Very well appointed and taken care of. Ground floor unit, stays cooler than most. Beach items available for use, well appointed kitchen with all of the dishes, pots/pans, etc. you need. Comfortable bed, clean, nice ground floor lanai with outdoor furniture. Close to the very nice pool area for quick swims or for evening BBQ (nice gas grills in the pool area). The Kihei Ali'i Kai is very close to Kamaole Beach Park 1 and within easy walking distance of other beaches, many shops, and restaurants. We loved the location, the condo, and Kihei! It was easy to work with Rod, Lois, and Brad too, they are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you for sharing your great condo with us. Our family had a wonderful time and we'll be back! :)

Terrible moved out after 1 nite

Condo is ground floor hot old and stuffy. Fans don't all work. Ac on timer 1 hr does not cool bedroom. Cannot open bedroom windows people walk by your window. Not enough hot water for bath. Not clean

It had all the extra's a person would need for a stay. The storage cabinet was well stocked with beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella's, sand toys, snorkle equip & boogie boards. The air conditioner had to work hard to cool down the room, unfortunately it is right by the TV so the added noise didn't help. Lots of fans & ceiling fans to move the air. Parking: We parked in the lower lot & got a notice on our car that we would be towed since we were parked in "owners" parking even though we had the registration slip in the window. Had to park at the top of the hill in "Guest" parking so that walk to get the car was tough in the heat & humidity.

Relaxing Maui Vacation

The condo was perfect with all the amenities of home. Clean comfortable bedroom and bathroom – T.V. - Wifi – and free phone calls to the mainland were much appreciated. The location was superb – 1 block to a fabulous beach (Kamaole 1) and just a few steps from the pool, hot tub, and great BBQ area. We enjoyed outings to Lahaina – whale watching at the scenic outlook, Luau, souvenir shopping, the Banyan tree, and good food at the Pioneer Inn, driving to the up country – Kula botanical garden and Hawaii's only winery at Ulupalakua ranch. We found a well stocked farmer's market a few blocks north of the condo and enjoyed good food and an amazing coconut fried apple banana dessert at Ocean's Bar and Grill located a few blocks north of Foodland. We especially enjoyed walking on the beach and watching the sunset. The only negative was that our 10 days went by way too fast. Thank you Rod, Lois and Brad for the most relaxing and fun vacation we have had in years. We also thank you for your excellent communication and prompt responses to any questions we had. This made our first trip to Maui a memorable one.

Wow!! This condo, our experiences, this island. We fell in love with this island and I feel we will leave a small piece of our hearts here. The condo is set in a great location just across the street from the ocean and a wonderful clean beach. The condo is conveniently located next to the pool and easy to get to after 1 set of stairs. The lanai is private and overlooks Hawaiian vegetation. CLEAN, the condo was very clean, tidy and organized. UP TO DATE, the condo has all modern amenities, we especially appreciated the in-suite laundry, dishwasher and AC unit. Although if you open doors you get an amazing light breeze through the condo while relaxing. SLEEP, while it was difficult to adjust to our time change the bed in the master bedroom was phenomenal. It was very comfortable offering a good mix between softness and firm. BEACH GEAR, this amenity is what we used the most. We loved the beach chairs, we used them everyday from sunrises to lazy beach days to sunsets these chairs are comfy. Brad was very easy to work with on scheduling and was easily available for any questions or concerns. WE 1000% RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!! Until next time, Mahalo! The Geibs 2023

Home Away From Home!

Our 1st trip to Maui, 3 months in paradise...and everything was perfect! This condo has everything you need, whether staying 1 week or 3 months. The location is great, walking distance to nice beaches, restaurants, pubs, groceries, snorkling. This condo is perfectly situated in relation to the pool & bbq area. The condo is spotless, the complex is well maintained ie pool, grounds, bbq area, walkways, sauna, etc. The management, grounds keepers, and other tenants are so friendly and ready with information on the islands. We were there long enough to learn the bus routes, making us feel like "locals". #10 bus will pick you up at the ABC store and take you up South Kihei Rd. to Foodland and as far as Safeway. If you get off near Times Grocery, you can walk to Longs Drugs too, where we found the produce to be fresh & cheap! You can take the same bus #10 the other direction (south) to The Shops of Waleila, a higher end shopping experience. If you like "happy hour", check out Moose McGillicutty's (upstairs Fred's), or the "barmuda triangle" near Foodland. We snorkled at Kam Beach 1, (right across the street), and saw turtles every time! Lahaina was a favorite outing, well worth checking out. Die Hard Sportfishing in Lahaina is a once in a lifetime experience, very professional! A trip to Paia & Upcountry is a nice break from the beach scene. Rod & Lois were so friendly and ready to help with anything ( but there really was nothing to help with). I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to visit Maui. We will definitely use it the next time we go. Thank you Rod & Lois!

Rod and Lois have rented units in Kihei Alii Kai on many visits to Maui and always loved the spaciousness of the units and the closeness of the beach. Our family (children and grandchildren) spent Xmas 2010 at the complex and our son Brad got excited about having a winter retirement home in Maui in the future. So we casually started looking at property and the more we viewed, the more Kihei Alii Kai came out on top! When we found this ground floor, upgraded and private unit, with its perfect location in the complex, it sold itself!
This is now our comfortable tropical home away from home. We hope that you will love it as we do, and that you will treat it as carefully as you would your own home. Enjoy!

South Kihei has the best weather, most sun and three of the most popular beach parks in Hawaii. Unlike self-contained hotel resort settings, it has a folksy “village-like” atmosphere. You can walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, a health-food store and internet café. There are six championship golf courses within 15 minutes and easy access to the Pi’ilani Highway for fast trips to other places on the island. Early morning on South Kihei Road is a jogger/walker's paradise. It is few minutes drive to central Kihei with three supermarkets (including Safeway), Longs Drug Store, hardware store, local theater productions and other shopping amenities.

Kihei Ali’i Kai is a popular condominium complex with its own access road to ample parking for guests and visitors. Some of the parking is covered.
It is clean and well managed. The concrete and building block construction makes for quietness between units. The layout, designed with lanais located so they do not look at each other, creates a sense of privacy.

The pool is one of the largest and the pool deck one of the most spacious in the area. A large Jacuzzi complements both pool and deck. Showers for removing beach sand are located at the entrance to the complex. Two tennis courts complete the recreation facilities.
