BEKVÄMLIGHET
En skÀrmdörr, ett uppgraderat fönster i sovrummet och en altandörr, som alla Àr lÄsbara, ger en sval bris som hÄller enheten bekvÀm det mesta av tiden. Det finns en luftkonditionering i vardagsrummet och takflÀktar i köket, vardagsrummet och sovrummet för att komplettera brisen.

TRÄDGÅRDSUTSIKT
Den mycket privata lanai har en trÀdgÄrdsutsikt som bestÄr av plumeria trÀd, en blommande hÀck och ett angrÀnsande fÀlt fylld med ett överflöd av grön löv.

STOR EN SOVRUMENHET
   Vi har hyrt enheter i Kihei Alii Kai mÄnga gÄnger och Àlskar storleken pÄ enheterna (700 kvadratmeter i ett sovrum plus en 150 kvadratmeter lanai). Vi har tittat pÄ enheter i mÄnga av de omgivande fastigheterna och ingen kan jÀmföra.

VÄL MÖBLERAD - NICELY TILLGÄNGD
   Det fullt utrustade köket Àr ett nöje att arbeta i. Det har uppgraderats med lönnskÄp, granitbÀnkar och nya golv. Ett nyrenoverat badrum med badkar och dusch Àr en skönhet. Den smidiga kaminen har en sjÀlvrensande ugn och mikrovÄgsugnen Àr över kaminen. 2015 och 2016 sÄg vi pÄ nytt pÄ vÀggarna, mÄla om vardagsrummet, köket och hallarna, installera ny matta i vardagsrummet och sovrummet, byt ut gardiner, diskmaskin och luftkonditionering.
Sov i lyxen av en queen-size Simmons Beautyrest madrass med bÀddmadrass i sovrummet och en ny bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet som har en queen-size deluxe fjÀderfylld madrass med en örngott.
Möbler har uppgraderats med ny bÀddsoffa i queen-size, tillfÀlliga stolar, matsvit och sovrumsvit. En tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek gör det möjligt att byta fÀrska klÀder i ett svett tropiskt klimat
    Den vackert kaklade Lanai (veranda) har en schÀslong och ett bord och stolar och vetter mot en grÀsmatta med ett plumeria trÀd.
Strandhanddukar, solstolar, ett parasoll och en svalare finns.
LÄngdistanssamtal till Kanada och USA Àr gratis liksom Wi-Fi-internetuppkopplingen.

This unit is very centrally located in Kihei. Access to the beach is just a short walk away and there are many restaurants around to choose from. This is my second time staying in this unit and I would do it again. Brad is very quick to communicate with you if needed. Highly rated.

Spring Vacation

Excellent location right next to a wonderful beach. Some lovely shops nearby and a great place for the evening with live music. The property had great toys for the beach and ice packs which were very handy.

Very clean and well maintained with all the amenities you need. Very close to beach and coffee shops, stores and eating establishments. This was our second stay and many upgrades had been completed since our last stay. Highly recommend this unit.

Nice and quiet place

My bf and I enjoyed our stay at Brad's place. It is very spacious, clean, and well stocked. There are also beach chairs, boogie boards for use which was great. It is walking distance to the beach, and close to nearby shops/restaurants. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely book it again next time we visit Maui. Thank you Brad!

I am happy to recommend this property; it is clean and well-maintained and supplied with all the necessities for comfort and a great vacation. The lanai is very private and makes for a great resting and/or dining spot. The location is excellent to beaches, restaurants and highway and the unit is in a great spot within the property close to pool and barbeques. The owners are very approachable and open to feedback from guests!

South Kihei

The check in process was very simple and the host provided extra keys to prevent being locked out. A great location with access to many shops and restaurants were a short walking distance including beach access. It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen but could use some washable table napkins. Otherwise, there were plenty of linens. I did not use the pool or bbq area so I cannot comment but heard from locals it is very nice.

Wow!! This condo, our experiences, this island. We fell in love with this island and I feel we will leave a small piece of our hearts here. The condo is set in a great location just across the street from the ocean and a wonderful clean beach. The condo is conveniently located next to the pool and easy to get to after 1 set of stairs. The lanai is private and overlooks Hawaiian vegetation. CLEAN, the condo was very clean, tidy and organized. UP TO DATE, the condo has all modern amenities, we especially appreciated the in-suite laundry, dishwasher and AC unit. Although if you open doors you get an amazing light breeze through the condo while relaxing. SLEEP, while it was difficult to adjust to our time change the bed in the master bedroom was phenomenal. It was very comfortable offering a good mix between softness and firm. BEACH GEAR, this amenity is what we used the most. We loved the beach chairs, we used them everyday from sunrises to lazy beach days to sunsets these chairs are comfy. Brad was very easy to work with on scheduling and was easily available for any questions or concerns. WE 1000% RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!! Until next time, Mahalo! The Geibs 2023

Home Away From Home!

Our 1st trip to Maui, 3 months in paradise...and everything was perfect! This condo has everything you need, whether staying 1 week or 3 months. The location is great, walking distance to nice beaches, restaurants, pubs, groceries, snorkling. This condo is perfectly situated in relation to the pool & bbq area. The condo is spotless, the complex is well maintained ie pool, grounds, bbq area, walkways, sauna, etc. The management, grounds keepers, and other tenants are so friendly and ready with information on the islands. We were there long enough to learn the bus routes, making us feel like "locals". #10 bus will pick you up at the ABC store and take you up South Kihei Rd. to Foodland and as far as Safeway. If you get off near Times Grocery, you can walk to Longs Drugs too, where we found the produce to be fresh & cheap! You can take the same bus #10 the other direction (south) to The Shops of Waleila, a higher end shopping experience. If you like "happy hour", check out Moose McGillicutty's (upstairs Fred's), or the "barmuda triangle" near Foodland. We snorkled at Kam Beach 1, (right across the street), and saw turtles every time! Lahaina was a favorite outing, well worth checking out. Die Hard Sportfishing in Lahaina is a once in a lifetime experience, very professional! A trip to Paia & Upcountry is a nice break from the beach scene. Rod & Lois were so friendly and ready to help with anything ( but there really was nothing to help with). I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to visit Maui. We will definitely use it the next time we go. Thank you Rod & Lois!

Our stay at Brad's condo was perfect! The condo was very clean, with a wide variety of cooking utensils, kitchen appliances, and dishwashing amenities. The refrigerator was spotless, and the ice maker came in very handy as we took a small cooler bag filled with ice to the beach every day. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was also spotless. The wide-screen TV was the perfect size to come back and relax watching after exploring the island. The air conditioner, located in the living room, cooled the condo nicely, along with the ceiling fans. The swimming pool and hot tub are well-maintained, and the grounds are very beautiful! We can't wait to come back again!

Tropical Getaway

Great location for walking to shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The condo has very spacious living areas and Lanai. Included all the beach activities so we didn’t have to rent—snorkel, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. The hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating. Pool and spa area was great as well! We loved this beautiful Hawaiian condo!

Beautiful home away from home

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is cozy, clean and has a very well equipped kitchen. The private lanai is a great place to relax. The beach is just a 3-minute walk down the street and a lot of cute cafes and stores are close by. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was great.We would definitely come back!

quick stroll to the beach

Well kept property with beautiful flowers and trees. Comfy condo with full kitchen supplies. As described. The condo does have lots of labels and instructions as mentioned by other guests. It was so nice to have an easy walk down to the beach and to the shops. Kehei is a busy little town, but the condo is tucked away in a quiet corner with a beautiful and private sitting area.

Emplacement trÚs propre, la description et les images sont fidÚles. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation prÚs de la plage et ses couchés de soleil magnifiques. The location is fantastic for getting around. Walking distance to the beach and so.e shopping. Really no view at all from the condo. The condo felt a little dated. My only complaints were the air conditioning could only be set to run for 1 hour. We got in let and it was really hot so had to wait to go to sleep. Then woke up sweating and had to get up and turn the air back on. Getting luggage to the condo from the parking area isn't easy either. The best thing is location and price.

Overall, the condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed for our stay. The building, like most on Maui, has seen better days, but it's well-maintained. Some things are a bit dated, but everything was functional and the furniture, etc, in the unit itself was clean and comfortable. It was located just up the hill from the beach, a small park, and the main street with shops and restaurants. Great location! I would certainly stay at this condo again on another trip to Maui.

Rod and Lois have rented units in Kihei Alii Kai on many visits to Maui and always loved the spaciousness of the units and the closeness of the beach. Our family (children and grandchildren) spent Xmas 2010 at the complex and our son Brad got excited about having a winter retirement home in Maui in the future. So we casually started looking at property and the more we viewed, the more Kihei Alii Kai came out on top! When we found this ground floor, upgraded and private unit, with its perfect location in the complex, it sold itself!
This is now our comfortable tropical home away from home. We hope that you will love it as we do, and that you will treat it as carefully as you would your own home. Enjoy!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION!
South Kihei has the best weather, most sun and three of the most popular beach parks in Hawaii. Unlike self-contained hotel resort settings, it has a folksy “village-like” atmosphere. You can walk to restaurants, shopping, beaches, a health-food store and internet cafĂ©. There are six championship golf courses within 15 minutes and easy access to the Pi’ilani Highway for fast trips to other places on the island. Early morning on South Kihei Road is a jogger/walker's paradise. It is few minutes drive to central Kihei with three supermarkets (including Safeway), Longs Drug Store, hardware store, local theater productions and other shopping amenities.

Kihei Ali’i Kai is a popular condominium complex with its own access road to ample parking for guests and visitors. Some of the parking is covered.
It is clean and well managed. The concrete and building block construction makes for quietness between units. The layout, designed with lanais located so they do not look at each other, creates a sense of privacy.

The pool is one of the largest and the pool deck one of the most spacious in the area. A large Jacuzzi complements both pool and deck. Showers for removing beach sand are located at the entrance to the complex. Two tennis courts complete the recreation facilities.
